Great location and parking was easy right outside. The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The room was a good size and very clean with everything we needed. Getting around London was easy with Paddington station only a five minute walk away. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location 5 mins to Kensington park and Hyde park. Staff were excellent, breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the tea and cookies left in our room. Other than the building being a little run down the room was very comfortable and cozy. Very close to so many restaurants and just a block from Paddington station. Excellent stay!

I had originally booked a single room aswas travelling for the London Marathon. I contacted the hotel through Expedia, and they told me I could upgrade for an extra payment which we confirmed. When we arrived the reception had no idea what I was talking about and said they were fully booked. I showed the confirmation and we were provided what was described as a compact double room.It was tiny. When we asked for a bigger bed, I was told this would not be possible. I asked for a single matress to be put on the floor, this was also rejected and I had to pay the additional charge regardless. Really disappointed and took the shine off what waa supposed to be a great weekend running the marathon.

For location the hotel was perfect for us , but unfortunately the first room we were allocated smelt strongly of damp and we could just not stay in it . The second was much better and was adequately clean but there was no robes the towels were very small and hard

AC kept room cool, beds are just doubles not queen's or kings, bathroom is a weird configuration with the toilet right against the wall at least you wouldn't fall off, breakfast so so, scrambled eggs definitely real runny not the way we cook them in Canada

Rooms were small, clean but well appointed. Shower enclosure was tiny but bathrooms were also small. Staff were ok, but kept getting 2 rooms booked mixed up. Worst aspect was that the AC keeps you awake all night. Not ideal.
