Sunborn London

Great stay, with great staff and great accommodation. Would recommend to anyone for a unique break.

This yacht hotel is outstanding. We stayed on the Sunborn as we were going to a concert at the O2. We were checked in by a lovely man called Alex! Great sense of humour and fun. Our room was stunning, so spacious, comfortable bed and a beautiful view from the window. Breakfast the next day was delicious! I would definitely stay here again, it was perfect from start to finish!

A nice stay. Dinner is expensive, but it is London. The quality was good.

Unique hotel in a really convenient location for the ExCeL. Elizabeth line and DLR stations close for links into the centre of London.

The rooms and service areas are spotless the staff are extremely professional and friendly and is a great experience the travel links with the dlr, Elizabeth line are excellent the only thing I would say is the bar menus are sparse and a little expensive for what they are but overall a great stay

Fabulous hotel, stunning location.

Pros: Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and well maintained though they are a bit dated. The location is fantastic, can get to all the attractions near by very easily. There is a pleasant vibe to the place among guests, I think due to the novelty of being in a boat. Cons: I'm definitely not a fan of the beds, found the mattress very uncomfortable and had a rough two nights sleep wise. Couldn't get room service - attempted to call the line specified on the phone both nights I stayed to no answer so eventually went through the pain of installing the app, I made an order and nobody actioned the request - was unable to reach front desk, bar or restaurant from room phone, either unable to connect or just constantly ringing, which was annoying. In the end decided to not be lazy and walked the 5 mins to a store nearby. Impressions are overall positive despite the beds and room service. Very good staff, just wish they'd answer the phone! 🙂

Lovely staff, Hotel is lovely a bit older but very clean, and shines lovely,dinner at night fantastic , the breakfast was very disappointing, like a canteen, cold, coffee was cold having to wait so long to get food, Trying to get a drink from the bar they offer to bring it over and then charge you £2 service fee..

Simply put it’s the most relaxing 2 day trip to London I’ve ever had.

Excellent stay, lovely hotel and an amazing breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful place

A fantastic option for accommodation near Excel. The whole hotel is beautiful, staff really great, room is a real up grade on an average hotel.

The property was nice

It was a great stay but i booked an executive suite and me and my wife was annoyed badly the whole time with fruit flies/ghnats

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless the mocktails were delicious and the bar person was excellent.

Nice friendly staff- super helpful! Very clean and tidy but decor is slightly dated. Would stay again!

Really enjoyed my stay here - the rooms are spacious and the whole hotel is immaculately clean. Helpful staff and the restaurant is excellent.
