I have visited Leeds many times but never stayed at the Queens hotel until now and I’m very impressed. A grand hotel with a long history which feels elegant and luxurious. Perfect location for the train station, you can access the hotel from inside. Rooms surprisingly modern and very comfortable. The only downside was the noise through the windows however that didn’t put me off from staying again. I’ve already booked my next stay.

We had an accessible room and this was really excellent. I was worried that there might not be enough room for the wheelchair etc. but this was not the case. The room was very large and the shower area was brilliant. Access to the railway station was really good - we arrived in Leeds by train and I actually knew about the access door from the concourse. Staying at the Queens Hotel took all the stress out of our hospital visit in Leeds. We were able to access the railway station easily and of course the taxi rank when needed. Unfortunately we were unable to stay for breakfast but it really did look good! The staff were really helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Super attentive and friendly reception staff. Great large twin room with mini fridge; tea & coffee, water & biscuits - even milk for the coffee! Iron & board, harder and lovely toiletries. Despite facing the square the room was quiet. Also great to have easy controllable air con. Oh and definitely eat dinner at the Cinnamon Kitchen! Truly gorgeous and a bit different from the usual curry plus pretty reasonable!

We were very happy with our room, cleanliness, position and facilities. The bath may be too high for some older people getting in & out. We did have some noise problems coming from an air vent that made it difficult to get to sleep one night. Night staff couldn’t fix it but maintenance solved it the next day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. We would have no hesitation in returning.

My single bed room was small but everything worked okay. TV, Hot water kettle, AC, mini fridge. My room was on the back side of the hotel so it was quiet. No street noise or train noise. Very quiet. Coffee, sugar cream and towels were restocked daily. Check in and out was easy. Nice large lobby with plenty of chairs and couches. Hotel is next to the Leeds Train Station. Very convenient.
