This is my second time at The Rembrandt hotel, I will continue to stay here on my trips to London. Great location, lovely hotel, breakfast cannot be beat, staff is friendly and very helpful. 5-Star Hotel at a reasonable cost.

This hotel is in a great location. it was very convenient to everything we did, whether by walking or metro. The concierge was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat, how to get places, and helping with questions regarding the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location! Friendly staff. The pool amenities were extra £15 but worth the day pass. Enjoyed the views from the room of the Albert and Victoria museum.

Really convenient location close to tourist attractions but also serviced by frequently by buses and the tube so you can explore London.
The area was not too busy with lots of food and drink options along with shopping.
Hotel staff were extremely friendly and really helpful with any queries we had.
The breakfast buffet was top notch!

Great stay professional and friendly staff, just a shame that some rooms were being redecorated next to our rooms so some noise and a little disruption during our stay, but mostly we were out, so we can’t complain x we are staying here again in June so I’m sure all the decorating will be done and looking forward to seeing the improvements.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. Everyone was very helpful and always checked to make sure my stay was comfortable. Neil was very helpful with my questions on the local sites and always greeted me when I came in from my journeys or exiting the elevator to begin my day. I will be sure to return.

Overall, a good experience. I was underwhelmed with the first room they tried to give me, 1small window with fire escape view. I insisted on a better room and received it, not an upgrade ,but a hassle. Another small snafu prevents me from giving an excellent although I would stay again.
