Clean room and really nice staff

This is now our favourite place to stay in London! The room was great for four, with room for luggage. The location is fantastic, so close to everything, including the direct train to and from Heathrow. The team members were lovely and so helpful, and the hosted hour each night was great.

Rooms are modern and very comfortable and clean. Perfect location! The best of London at your doorsteps with access to multiple transportation lines.

Nicely appointed room. Love that there is filtered water, plates, bowls , and tableware along with serving tray in room. Thank you for letting me borrow a hot iron.

This is a wonderful hotel with nice, friendly, competent and helpful staff! The rooms are small but my husband and I had two large and two small suitcases and we all fit just fine. And the room has a small kitchen the perfect for grabbing a few breakfast items at the nearby grocery to have breakfast in your room. They supply coffee and tea and the sink has filtered water. There’s also a small fridge and a microwave. In addition to the free bottle of wine they also serve wine and snacks daily. The hotel is also in a perfect location—close to the Elizabeth line to take you to and from the airport and the Central line to take you out and about. It’s easy walking distance to shops (Oxford St, Carnaby, Coventry Garden, etc) dining, bars and attractions (plays, The British Museum. Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, etc.). We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Staff on reception were all amazing! Very welcoming and friendly. Unexpected bonus - chewy fruit caramels on reception counter - great blast from the past! Room was warm, quiet and clean. Lovely bathroom, Molton Brown toiletries and fluffy white towels. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Chinatown or Oxford Street shops. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were well appointed and thoughtful. Hotel was quiet and in a good location in soho. The easy to get to. Great rate as well.

Upon arriving at 2:50 to check in we were told our room was not ready which is fine as check I'm states 3pm. However, we were still unable to access our room at 3:45, the hotel lobby area was small with many visitors waiting and one of the seating areas was not usable due to photographers using that space. Lack of communication wasn't helpful either and we were told we could walk around outside rather than wait inside. When entering the room, which was lovely, it didn't seem completely clean with un-vaccumed carpets!
