The Resident Soho

Close to Oxford Street and easily walkable from Tottenham Court Road tube. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was compact but clean and well furnished with a comfortable bed and no noise disturbance, perfect for a one night stay. The bottle of red in the room was a welcome touch.

The staff at this central London hotel were amazing. Very professional and very kind. The room is basic nothing more or less but everything you need. The mini Kitchennet is very cute and well Hidden inside closet doors. The room was clean I’d recvomrnd not to stay on the ground floor as there is an alley and people are walking through it all the time. The hotel was well secured with 24/7 front desk. If your looking for a luxury hotel this is not it but if you want a no frills central Soho location that’s close to everything then this is the hotel for you.

Very nice hotel in such a bustling part of London. Very convenient location as we could walk around everywhere would definitely stay there again

Excellent location close to Elizabeth tube Oxford street shopping. Piccadilly Circus as well as Trafalgar Square

We liked its accessibility to theatres, restaurants, etc. it was surprisingly quiet due to double glazing I suspect. However it felt impersonal, no breakfast facilities tho many outside choices available. Good as a convenient nights stay

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, clean, centrally located and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Staff was friendly and helpful and overall it was a great stay. At night it gets loud and doesn't feel the safest.

The staff was exemplary. We got in a bit early from travel and stopped by to attempt to drop our luggage off, but they already had a room ready. We needed a restaurant recommendation and they hit the nail on the head for what we had described our interests being. Loved the location, super close to nightlife. This will be on my short list the next time I'm staying in London and looking through hotel options.

The Resident-SoHo was perfect! Centrally located..the Tube was a 3 minute walk. There are so many restaurants and pubs within a 5 minute walk. The staff, especially the ones at the front desk deserve the highest praise!! Upon checking in I realized I had lost my passport, which in turn set me into a panic. The gentleman at the front desk calmly, helped me retrace my steps and contacted our driver. He also arranged for the driver to return and deliver my passport!! This gentleman went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure this trip did not end in disaster . At the end of it all he even gave us a bottle of wine! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!

Great location, it's an easy walk to multiple tube lines and seemingly endless dining options. Close to shopping, museums, and easy access to the rest of central London. Not the largest of rooms, but the bed was comfortable and it was very convenient to have the mini kitchenette. The front desk staff were very helpful and had great recommendations for nearby dining options.
