Great pool area

The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast gave lots of good options and the roof top dining was lovely. The pool was nice but the water was very cold, so was used it just to cool off, not really to enjoy.

A low 4 star hotel. Staff was a bit unavailable and location is in a shady area. Not walkable at night ! Many migrants and some who look homeless around the area.

Awesome breakfast! Staff was very helpful. The location wasn’t the best, but property really made it up for it.

Hotel has a lot to offer and the staff was excellent, however it is not in the best neighborhood.

A bit far out of the center. But the breakfast was fabulous

The pool closes at 6pm. I wasnt able to use it during my stay. And even if I was able to use it, I wouldn't have been able to see the sunset. The sign in front of the door says it closes at 10pm. That was disappointing.

The family rooms was clean & spacious. Staff were very helpful & friendly and had free shuttle bus to Syntagma Sq which is good feature. Breakfast offered good selection.

Breakfast is an extensive hot and cold buffet. Also there is fresh fruit, coffee and a few juices. Plenty of choices.

Staff weren’t welcoming. The room wasn’t clean and still had rubbish in the bin and stuffed at the back of the bed/settee. Asked for a glass for my room to have a drink of wine - was scoffed at and had a paper cup tossed over. And it’s in possibly one of the roughest areas in Athens. We were followed by men who were shouting after us and following me and my daughter. I stayed one night and paid to move to another hotel which was a totally different experience.

Breakfast and bar selection were good and the place is well kept. Although some areas needs refurbishment.

They need to sort their issue with bed bugs. Got bitten many times. Its 20 minutes walk from the main tourist centre (Monastraki), but surrounding area around is dodgy and rundown.

Parking was easy for a small vehicle. Tough for a larger one.

Room was infested with bedbugs. Was bit 20+ times. Staff was prompt in moving us to a new room but did not offer refund or compensation. The new room we were moved to had black mold on the ceiling of the shower.

Room is clean - value for money
