I booked an Aryaduta Suite room with a dining area and balcony on the app. However, after completing the booking, the e-ticket issued was for an Ambassador Suite, which wasn't an option in the app. Upon check-in, the room I was given didn't match the one I booked on the app. The price I paid was higher than the one on the app.
