If we go to PKU, we definitely stay here. Yesterday, we had an unpleasant experience: our car tire was punctured with a nail on the side of the rim. They probably thought our car didn't have a camera, but it was clear who stabbed it. We didn't mind, but we won't be staying here again, afraid the security guards will do the same thing again.

I stayed here again because I really liked the hotel, but this time it was quite disappointing. 1. The toilet wouldn't flush and wasn't serviced, even though it smelled unpleasant afterward. 2. The AC wasn't cooling. I woke up sweating in the morning. Hopefully, they'll double-check the room's condition before guests check in.

The rooms are comfortable enough, but the pillows and amenities aren't up to par with other Aryadutas. The pillowcases are fluffy, and there's no hair dryer. The breakfast menu is also lacking in variety. Given the hotel's low occupancy rate, service should still meet Aryaduta standards.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. This is a really old hotel that already shows a rundown image. Management doesn’t seem to care about hygiene. Bedsheets showing spots and slippers and shoes marks, carpet is full of spots, and curtains look like they'd be better off burnt. Please do not claim stars hotel if the standard of hygiene is like this. Access cards have to be renewed every day! Outdated technology.
