My two days here were so worth it. The hotel is in the heart of the city, clean, comfortable, and has fast Wi-Fi. The facilities are like a 4-star hotel, with a swimming pool and spa. Overall, it's great. Plus, I can enjoy the city view from my room. I really enjoyed it, and I hope to come back again.

very comfortable. first time staying at goldvitel and it turned out to be very impressive. at first I was afraid it would be zong but it didn't happen. from the beginning of check in the staff was friendly, the facilities were complete, the room was clean and comfortable, even in the room there was an apology letter from the management that there might be noise due to the renovation of the sky lounge on the 20th floor but I didn't hear it at all. toppppp anyway. the view from the window is also the best. the food is no doubt, it's really delicious. no doubt if you want to stay here again 😍😍😍

Overall, it was okay. But I was a little disappointed because I thought I'd lost my towel, even though I'd checked it before check-out. It was a waste of time getting back to the hotel, and then they checked my bag. It turned out I didn't have it. Hopefully, housekeeping will be more thorough in checking it again.

But when I got a room that didn't match the hotel's class, it seemed like I was just unlucky because I already knew I was in the worst position (meh) just from the location of the room door. The room was stuffy, the AC was noisy and not cold, the windows were thin (the Surabaya sun was really felt), the toilet smelled, and there was no bidet (even though there was a bidet holder). But the downside of the room I got was the friendliness of the staff, especially the honorable mention for the security team, they were all friendly even though they changed shifts every day.
