The staff are all friendly, the cleanliness is very clean from the room to the toilet, the AC is very cold, the water heater is very well functioning and this is what I need while staying at the hotel, the strategic area, near Blok M Square, just go through the Blok M tunnel entrance right in front of the hotel, there are many vendors if you want to eat, just choose, close to everything, the view is also very good, coincidentally the view of the Gojek office and Blok M Square, I am not detailed about the quality of the hotel, as long as it makes me comfortable staying there, then it is the best for me to come stay again, thank you, this is my best experience for the first time in Jakarta.

The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant staff are quick and friendly. Oh, and I requested a high floor, and everything was taken care of and met my expectations. Its location is close to the city centre with easy accessibility to various places. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the pool and the gym, which were both great to use. I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.
