My first time at this hotel. It's a luxury hotel, but they often have promotional prices. There's a swimming pool, gym, cool air conditioning, and friendly staff. The service is excellent. We asked the customer service at IG Hotel about charging our electric car, and the staff responded promptly. Thank you to the security team, especially the chief, Mr. Mus, who welcomed us with open arms. Five thumbs up. If you want to go to Blok M, you're just a short walk across the street, hehe.

Especially if you ask for a room with a city view, the view is truly breathtaking. I'm very satisfied with my stay here.

I also appreciated the beautiful view and the calm atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy day in Jakarta. The location is excellent, especially with easy access to Plaza Senayan and nearby business and lifestyle areas. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was impressive. The hotel facilities were also well kept, and the overall service made the stay feel special. Overall, Fairmont Jakarta delivered a high-quality stay with excellent hospitality, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta for business or leisure, and I would be happy to stay here again.

We have been coming back to Sheraton Gandaria a few times now and it consistently delivers. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout... the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Solid choice if you want a reliable family staycation in South Jakarta. We will be back.

Very good service, nice and not stuffy hotel room, good and clean access to the room. For the size of the hotel with its price it is very worth it especially close to Blok M Plaza, just walk 5 minutes to get there
