I was having breakfast with my husband and 8-month-old son. My husband was wandering around the food stalls. My son and I were at the dining table. Then a staff member approached me and asked, "Ma'am, is there anything I can help you with?" I was so touched, I've never been treated like this before in a 5-star hotel 😭. The staff really cared. Even though I wasn't in any distress at the dining table (like my son having a tantrum or something), the hotel staff were very attentive and kept an eye on the guests. Artotel's service is top-notch.

It was a pleasure to have the experience of staying at the Langham Hotel, because it was my birthday I got a room upgrade, the room was very luxurious and comfortable, especially the bathroom with complete facilities, the swimming pool with the best view, also the staff was kind and friendly. It really exceeded expectations. For this price, you get a very spacious room with a sofa. The bathroom is very large and has a heater on the toilet seat. There's a bathtub and a sofa in the toilet. I really didn't expect it. The bed is very spacious. One of the best for this price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from entering the hotel gate, unloading your luggage, to getting to your room in perfect order. There was a welcome drink. Everything was flawless, the room and bathroom were clean, the water was flowing, all the appliances were working well, there was a free minibar snack, and the food was quite varied. Very close to PIM. The pool was clean and comfortable, and there was a gym next to it. It was really worth staying here. Bismillah, I will come back again next time.
