I stayed for two nights in two different rooms. In my first room, the hot water was not working, so I had to take a cold shower at night. I also didn't realize that some rooms do not have windows, so that was a bit surprising. My second room was much better. It had a nice view, and I really enjoyed it. The location is excellent—right in the center of Surabaya, making it very convenient for business and for exploring the city's food scene. One small area for improvement is the room service response time. I requested a shaving kit at 10:00 AM, but it only arrived around 11:00 AM after I called the operator three times. I hope the service response can be a little faster in the future. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and with a few improvements, the experience could be even better.

Everything was great, except for the small child who only ate cereal, who was asked to pay extra, while other hotels allow children under 15 to eat for free. Furthermore, I have two children under 15. What if they eat a lot? The price is the normal price for one child. It's a real shame. If possible, review the price and make it more affordable for those aged 10 and over, rather than those under 10 who eat a little.
