The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with excellent air circulation. The hotel's open-space design provides a sense of spaciousness and air circulation. Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

It's really nice to stay here, this is the second time, previously before changing the name, the staff was friendly and very helpful, I was quite bothered when checking in for birthday greetings for two rooms, but was served very well and when checking out I even left some things behind, they helped me find them and found them.. the swimming pool is also nice, the kids don't want to stop swimming.. if possible, maybe next time a children's pool under 5 years old can be added... Hopefully the service will remain OK and get better... thank you

In my opinion, it's the best hotel. The service is incredibly friendly and the rooms are incredibly clean. The sheets are spotlessly clean, unlike other hotels where the sheets are sometimes stained and the room is covered in dust. Here, there's no dust at all. It's incredibly clean and comfortable.

This time it was not wrong to choose to staycation in Surabaya, the lobby atmosphere is very comfortable, welcomed by a friendly front office. And the best part is being chosen as the guest of the day. Got mirror plating and a cake that tastes really good. The room is quite spacious, comfortable AC and wifi that has no problems. The bathroom is also very clean. During breakfast, the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are many variations of food from western to traditional, even market snacks are available. Regarding the taste of the food, all of the things I tasted were delicious. Thank you for the service and comfort of Mercure Grand Mirama, and for choosing me as the Guest of the Day

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
