The restaurant staff, named Mba Mery, was very nice, friendly, and always smiling. I hope the other staff there are as friendly as Mba Mery. My family spent 11 days at the Aria Gajayana Hotel, a truly memorable vacation. And also, thank you to Mr. Bagas, the housekeeper who found my husband's bag when he left it in the pool. He was very kind and honest.

The location is really good in the city and the surrounding area is full of delicious food and snacks, if you want to find something to eat it's really easy, just walk. Close to viral foods, just walk, I tried Bakso Cak Toha, Sate Gebug, it was really delicious and close to the hotel. Also, the meatballs on the roadside near the hotel were delicious. It's also close to a souvenir shop called Pia Cap Mangkok. The room was clean and comfortable, the wifi was good, the staff was friendly, and the car parking was easy.

The food was absolutely delicious 👍 Although we had to check out early and continue on to Bromo, we didn't have time for breakfast on site—but the hotel promptly prepared a packed breakfast, neatly and thoughtfully. I really appreciated it 🥹 Check-in was also possible early, around 1 PM, even though the official schedule is around 2 PM. The service was friendly, from the receptionist to the security guard, making guests feel warmly welcomed. The room was super clean, comfortable, and what I loved most: the Javanese feel was truly there—calm, aesthetic, and distinctive. It's truly perfect for a break or staycation in Malang. Overall, highly recommended and I definitely want to come back again ✨

Stayed 3D2N with family. Booked connecting rooms and they were available. The restaurant staff were very friendly, I asked for help heating baby food twice and they helped, even though the restaurant was closed. My child's swimming goggles were lost in the pool, so I asked the staff to help me find them, and they were immediately brought to my room. The service was really great. For a standard 4-star meal, some menus vary daily, but others like porridge, bread, and noodles are always available every day. Strategic location, close to the city center. Standard room size, good cleanliness.

It was a truly delightful experience staying here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I left an item behind, they were very helpful in securing it until it was returned to its owner. The service was excellent, and the price was very affordable considering its location in the heart of Malang. Furthermore, the swimming pool was very comfortable. In my opinion, it's the best hotel. The service is incredibly friendly and the rooms are incredibly clean. The sheets are spotlessly clean, unlike other hotels where the sheets are sometimes stained and the room is covered in dust. Here, there's no dust at all. It's incredibly clean and comfortable.

D'Fresh Hotel & Resto Manage by Ascent Malang

When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.
