From the first experience when Wi-Fi was not available until now when Wi-Fi is installed, this is definitely one of the upgrades that we really appreciate. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help, the room is clean and fragrant. Strategic location, all staff are very responsive and friendly, we stayed for 2 nights on the weekend so interesting spots are very close for us to visit and there is parking at the back so it makes it easier for us to pick up online transport because Jalan Braga is closed on weekends, the room is well cleaned, the bathroom is quite clean and the amenities are complete.

Staying at this villa was truly an incredible experience! The villa is incredibly luxurious and fully equipped—from the moment you arrive, you immediately feel the sense of exclusivity and comfort. What I love most is that the villa has an elevator on every floor, so you don't have to climb stairs, especially if you're bringing elderly people or small children. There's also 24-hour security, so you feel completely safe during your stay. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for guests or an assistant. 1 super spacious master bedroom with a bathtub! And 3 more bedrooms upstairs, all clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The other facilities are equally impressive. There are heated pools, both large and small, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon or evening. We had the chance to use 5 extra beds, and for 2 nights, it cost us Rp 2 million—well worth it if you're traveling with a large family. In short, this villa is truly perfect for a family vacation or a staycation with friends. Comfortable, luxurious, and complete!

It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan.
