Beautiful place, good service all of the staff there is very welcoming us. Delicious food, we had nasi goreng for breakfast. Wonderful experience for staying in Princess resort Ciloto for several time when we was in Puncak and so glad for recommend this resort to our colleague and everyone.

The room was clean, the atmosphere comfortable, and it was close to Pangandaran Beach. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. If you forgot something, they immediately reported it and took good care of it. Overall, it was definitely worth staying here.👍🏻

The hotel is in the heart of Bogor.
Close to the Botanical Gardens, Botani Square, and the culinary center on Jalan Surya Kencana.
The staff is incredibly friendly. The security guard quickly opened my car door and the hotel entrance.
The front office was equally friendly and kind.
And all the hotel staff were equally friendly. They always smiled every time we passed them.
I appreciate the hospitality of all the hotel staff.
The rooms are spotless, clean and fragrant.
There's a smart TV and complimentary instant noodles are provided in the rooms.
Thank you for your excellent service.
I will definitely return to this hotel if I'm on vacation in Bogor again.

To be honestly the prize is ok, room is ok it clean and neat, the interior is so good especially lobby or food hall/restaurant, swimming pool is ok, check in is so fast, they has already do health protocol for every coming guest but someday I found the staff doesn't good wearing a mask, please kindly reminder them. also unfortunately garden of the toilet seems like dirty, yellow in the below (see attached pictures) please kindly change it regularly. thanks

Highly recommended for a staycation with family or if there are guests from out of town who need accommodation. The location is very strategic, close to the toll road, and also the location of the hotel is quiet and comfortable because it is in a housing complex, for the service of the hotel staff is very good and very friendly and very helpful. Staying for a family short escape/staycation. Me, my wife, and our 3 children were really happy. They got plenty of activities, a kid warm pool, playground, and mini zoo. Breakfast had many options and various menus suitable for kids. Will come back for sure.

The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

Located in the heart of Bogor City, hassle-free to go to anywhere from here. You can walk from the hotel to many popular food destinations in Bogor City such as Macaroni Panngang, Kencana and Sempur Park street food bazaar. We had a great staying experience with Whiz Prime Hotel. Room was clean even though the bathroom is quite small, the staffs were nice and the complementary lemon juice tasted perfect.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
