Very friendly and efficient check in / check out process - room was ready early which was great. Clean and tidy room - actually bigger than I expected. Was perfect.

No fridge rooms are too small. I mean its ok but compared with others??

Amazing hotel and trip.

Great location with close vicinity to the city and also good bars, restaurants and transport links close-by. Staff all very friendly and can speak a wide variety of languages as signalled by their name tags. Room clean, some dirt marks on walls which could have been cleaned off but overall no issues with cleanliness. Air con is good however lowest setting did not feel as cold as it should have been, particularly in 38 degrees! Very nice touch of putting food out during the afternoon and evening so that if you buy a drink at the bar, you can have something with it.

Good overall but about 15 minutes walk from Milano central

Location was ok about 13 minute walk to train station, lobby seamed understaffed and there was always a wait to talk to them. On our last night all rooms in our bookings were locked out and had to renew the cards. There’s zero amenities in the rooms, no safe( had to switch rooms to get one), no tissues, no charging outlets by either side of the beds had to charge at the desk, no hair conditioner, you get one bottle of soap that is hair body and handwash! No kettle or coffee or fridge in the room, the phone doesn’t dial out anywhere so you can’t get a hold of the reception. The only good thing was that the room was spotless and very clean. The rooms are very tiny, my teenage daughter had to walk sideways to get to her side of the bed. I would pay more for a better location and amenities hotel.

The rooms were clean but very basic. The reception area needed a good clean. The staff wasn't very helpful.

Close to train central and lots restaurants nearby

The hotel is very small, the air conditioning is not cold, there are no coffee, no small fridge, no lotion, no hangers for hanging any clothes. The beds are not comfortable, the pads on top of the bed moves. The room is too small for two people, there’s hardly any space for us to put our luggages

Air conditioning didn’t work and I booked that hotel specifically for the AC.

Good location for Milan central, and easy access to the trolley bus / tram. Staff were very helpful, there is an option to check out early and leave luggage in a safe room which was really welcome

The room is small but ac works ok. The staff was helpful. The gym is very small and does not have much to workout. The hotel is located in a spot where it is easy to go to the touristic places

Good location. Basic but nice stay

I loved this hotel, and would definitely return. The hotel itself is lovely, the room is a really good size, and one of the largest we had while visiting Italy. They were also the only hotel showing the World Cup channel on TV which was a huge plus for us. We would spend evenings in the garden by the bar and get some drinks and watch the World Cup game. It was such a fun time, and the location is really convenient for either walking or transit.

Great 3 star hotel in an accessible location. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and AC worked well in the summer heat wave. Standard Rooms are on the smaller size but I believe the rate reflects that. Excellent breakfast that can be included- well worth the extra charge. Very good value over all.

The room was very basic and the bathroom had an odd smell, There was also some damage to the top of the sink unit. We stayed there on a really hot day (mid 30s) and the air con wasn't really up to it. There was no sheer curtain meaning during the day the main curtain needed to be closed to block out the sun, making the room feel like a dark cave. There was only one dressing gown for two people.
