I love staying in this hotel. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel breakfast is fantastic. I woke up at 4am and couldn’t go back to sleep. I went down to the lobby and someone at the bar offered me coffee. Small gesture like that makes your stay more memorable. Thank you all for your great hospitality. We will be coming back.

Everything was great. We’ll be back. One criticism is the stale musty smell when getting off elevator and in room. Hotel would be well served to replace all carpets in rooms and halls. Staff is five star hospitality

This hotel improved greatly from a few years ago. Super clean. Staff amazing. really beautiful hotel. The food is excellent! I ran into my old buddy Freeman. Great worker there. All of the staff is incredible!

the room is clean but I'm having an issue with the bathroom the toilet flush isn't working I've already reported it since were only staying for one day .I'm not sure if it will be fixed on time.

Staff were exceptional. Only complaint is the moldy smell in halls and room. That said, I still really like the place. Well stay again. Hotel were be well served to pull all carpet from all rooms and halls and replace

The unit/room needs a renovation, it’s a little old, the wood floor creating noise when you walk, the faucet is moving while your turning on the water. Not amaze considering we are on vip level.

The location is very good, close to everything and the airport. Staff is very welcoming and warm, kudos to Filipino hospitality❤️. The hotel needs an upgrade though. Rooms look tired and dated, definitely need to improve to make it more cozy and something to look forward to at the end of the day.

Generally clean but shows aging. Carpet is worn and looks dirty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Gym is ok. Sauna and steam room is available. Pool is great. No mini bar. Had to be requeated if wanted to.

I enjoyed my stay at the New World Makati hotel. The property is well maintained and the staff very pleasant. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The hotel has a restaurant and bar and is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants just across the street.
