.<Service> I was very pleased with the consistent, genuine and prompt service rendered from the front desk, to the housekeeping team, technicians, fun team and many staffs behind the scene. I saw the fun team immediately rush to attend to a little girl on a kayak who looked as if she fainted but she actually fell asleep. Such attentiveness ensures guests felt safe. The technicians came and changed our lock promptly and were courteous throughout.<Efficient IT system> Even IT website was easy to use for requesting extra toiletries. Buffet Breakfast has huge variety and food came very fast. Internet connection was quite fast.<Facilities> There are also many activities to keep one engage that you won't find in other hotels in SG such as paddle boat, standing up paddle, kayaking, Table Tennis in the sand, badminton, beach soccer. Such attentiveness ensure guests felt safe. I love the the private beach with many sun decks and quiet area for picnic and booking reading. This is truly a plus point. One night here is really never enough. You can just laze on your bed and watch sunrise and the sea view. When our food delivery order was cancelled, we are glad to have room dining which has good food and service. Getting around is easy because there is complimentary round trip shuttle bus to Vivo. Definitely recommend this hotel to people who wants to a have getaway from city or people with family. The earliest check in time is 12pm and no extension for late check out, subjected to availability.

I had the most quiet time in Equarius that I can just spend time on myself and appreciate the natural surroundings as well away from the busy city, the news and the many crowds especially. The foods is so delicious and yet simplicity is the most I found very close to my heart. I had a great time swimming in the pool every morning where I decided to extend one more day. But I promise the next time I coming back, I will hit the gym and the swimming pool at the same day. To everyone that prefers to go outdoor, just take the shuttle bus that will pick you up every 10 - 15 minutes to the Universal Studio or just to eat. There's so many preferences restaurants to you can pick. Also for some small family that had difficulty to shower especially in bathtub with a big giant mirror from the bed is the main situation where it should be hideous see through from outside when taking the bath. Where we need a mirror in the bathroom as well. So thank you again Equarius. Take Care & Stay Safe. 😀.

Check in is a chore-we waited for a long time for the self-check in. The process is not so automatic. Remember to approach the staff for help. That said, the service is good. And the security is tight-we need to show photo ID to access the lifts and must use the key card to access the floor. The room that was cleaned had a sticker seal on the door. The room is big. Basic toiletries are given-shampoos, body wash, toothbrushes, vanity set (cotton bugs & pads), shower cap. 2 kinds of TWG teabags (Sencha & English breakfast tea-2 each) & instant Nescafe coffee are also given. Towels are ample-but I have 1 gripe. There's a large brown stain on one the towels.

I spent my honeymoon here and it was really satisfying! They upgraded my room into the suite one. Everything was beautiful and thoughtful, the room (included bathroom) was very clean, the breakfast was awesome, and it's very near to the station (only 1 min away!). I really had the most pleasant stay in here and if I go back to Sentosa, I will stay again at this hotel :)

Good hotel, location not to far from Sentosa merlion very quiet good for relaxing.

Our second time at this resort. The staffs are friendly and attentive as usual. Even though the pool area is under maintenance now but we were given access to villa pool or Spa Pool as other alternatives. Due to the heightened alert, no full dining menu was available but the selection is still good. We will be back for third time

Perfect getaway for my family! Even got balloons and a cake for my dad's birthday. Loved the pool and the gym, and the hotel breakfast was nice too :)

It was my first time and I was in awe with the design of the hotel. The interior was breathtaking. Booked the luxury room and the hotel upgraded us to the 20th floor. The view of the city was amazing. We got twin single, bed was comfy. The pillows deflate as soon as we lay our heads on it. Would be nice if they were puffy instead. Room service was fantastic. Price was reasonable though, as the portion was good. The pool only operates till 8.30pm. The bookings were tight. We were lucky we got the earliest slot for 7am and had the pool to ourselves on the first day. At least for a good 1 hour. Had an award winning breakfast afterwards. I'm a Muslim and understood the menu was not halal but they managed to tweak the ingredients which I am thankful and grateful for. If they have the kitchen halal certified, they would win more tummies I bet. Hope they will reconsider someday. The receptionists were great and they were always contactable. Whatever that we request for, were sent immediately within 10 mins. We even needed help with the TV and they sent their engineers up. What a service! Would definitely recommend and will come back to visit soon. Thank you! X

Had a wonderful staycation last weekend at this premises. The premier 1 bedroom is awesome and what makes this place even better was the extremely good service rendered by Ryan at front desk. My whole family was very impressed by him going out of the way to ensure our check in was smooth as silk. I'll strongly recommend this place

Awesome feel so homey, near food court, all the staff so friendly and the room is nice.

Entrance of hotel and lobby was pretty cool, gave off a bit of those Kingsmen vibe. Welcome tea was delicious too! The Nanyang Ritual tea and Ritual tea (both specially blend for the hotel) were both fragrant and light, can buy them back if you like. For the room, I like the sitting area. Can simply just chill, drink tea and view the city. Loved the bidet toilet bowl and the seat was always warmed up. I like that there's a filter drinking water tap too. Pool and Gym looked inviting and oversee the city, but my husband and I only went to the pool. Water was very cold despite the sun shining in, would be great if the pool is heated. Breakfast was limited, only 5 or 6 items on the menu but very filling and nice. We had the Qin breakfast and the daily special (I believe was rosemary roasted pork taco, pretty cool breakfast). Every set of breakfast was accompanied with kaya toast and fruit bowl. Overall, stay was decently pleasant.

Room were small. But just nice for 2.. Staff were wonderful.. Love the swimming pool.. Breakfast was normal.. Walking distance to the free shuttle.. Do take their free guide around their hotel.. Is an eye opener.. Really enjoyed staying here..

This is a beautiful and clean hotel, with great services provided by front desk and concierge. It is a hidden gem and quiet getaway if you are looking to rest and retreat from the city staycation. We had a wonderful experience at the One15 Marina Cove. I booked the Hillview Room but was surprised by the front desk of the complimentary upgrade to the Marina View Room. It encompassed of all of the amenities needed, and has a balcony view of the view of yachts. The rooms were clean, very comfortable (there was even a TV by the bathtub) Excellent property and very convenient to Cold Storage, playgrounds, and restaurants. Personally, I think everything was great, except that bedding was a little firm for liking, and the water pressure/heating can be improved more. Other than that, I will come back to stay in this hotel for staycation in Sentosa. If you are looking for a place to slow down and break from being busy, this is it.
