Upon arrival, the hotel room hadn't been cleaned yet, but we were immediately given a new one. The location is directly above the blue MRT, making it very convenient for getting anywhere.

I was staying for three nights and ask for holding luggage before check-in and after check-out. The staffs is helpful and kind. They decorated our room when we informed the hotel that we visited for our anniversary. It's been wonderful experience staying here.

The hotel is conveniently located, right next to MRT station Bencoolen and close to Bugis area. However, the room is ridiculously small. There's no space to fully open our suitcases. The staff were very friendly, though. Shout out to Manman our room cleaner and Benson the concierge.

The room is really clean, not too big, but it’s really comfy for me and my mom. The towel is also clean and smells good. Near to MRT and easy to find food. All staff are friendly and helpful. We don’t try their breakfast. The tap water is drinkable, so you don’t need to buy water anymore. And the hotel also has a bedroom with a bidet in the bathroom.

The service was excellent. I met a staff member named Mr. Benson. We had no issues, and checked in at 2:00 PM and were given a 30-minute check-out time, which is usually 11:00 AM (unlike in Indonesia).
