I had such a lovely stay at Pan Pacific. From the moment I arrived, the staff were great! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable – I especially loved the little touches. The facilities were excellent, and everything about my stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. Location is right in front of Raine Square, a CAT bus stop and to many shopping venues in Perth CBD. Getting a taxi or Didi is a breeze. Halal food is nearby too with plenty of choice. The concierge is super friendly, the room was clean, even without daily housekeeping, the staff are always easily available and attentive. This is my second visit and will definitely return again. Thank you.

Super great location if you are planning to stay in Perth CBD, as it is just 2 minutes' walk to the Murray Street Mall that has many shops, cafes, restaurants, and also hosts Perth Underground (Train Station). Overall, my 5-night stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly (just like any of the local Perth residents). The room, however, is a bit small for a two-person stay, but my wife and I made do with it as we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. Will definitely come back.

Amazing stay all round. The check in was smooth, which was much appreciated so late in the evening. I ordered dinner and breakfast via room service and both were delicious. The location meant I could walk along the river before checking out. Couldn’t recommend enough.
