We stayed during weekdays, so it's not as busy as usual. The lobby is the grandest of all starred hotels in Batu. They just renovated the main restaurant area. Really enjoyed our stay. Great service.

When I left an item behind, they were very helpful in securing it until it was returned to its owner.
