1. For those without a private vehicle, access is through the Mega Bekasi Mall. Enter the mall to the 3rd floor. There will be signs leading up to the escalator to the ballroom/front lobby of the hotel.
2. Check-in was friendly and easy, and there was no deposit required.
3. Room amenities were as described.
4. Breakfast was varied, with a plentiful menu and delicious flavors.

The hotel is nice and clean. I like the room. I stayed here for 2 days and it was very comfortable. The response was fast when I asked for this and that. Very satisfied staying here... The room is spacious and clean, complete facilities and amenities, capacity for 4 people with direct sea view. Moreover, I got the promo price of only 300k, including free breakfast for 4 more people. The garden and design are very beautiful Balinese style, the garden is very well maintained, lots of greenery that makes it very cool in the midst of the extraordinary heat of Pangandaran. The breakfast menu is delicious and very varied, starting from pancakes, bread with jam, coco crunch/corn flakes, various puddings and cakes, Thai cassava, various fruits. The swimming pool is also very clean and very comfortable, the kids really enjoyed swimming here. The parking lot is quite spacious, the security and staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want to go in and out a lot, it's better to park in the front parking lot. Access is very close to everywhere, the west coast, the east coast, and the nature reserve. The back balcony directly faces the east coast, very cool. After playing at the beach, you can immediately use the shower in the very beautiful garden.

I was very satisfied staying at Whiz Prime Hotel Pajajaran Bogor. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was very fast and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Some points that make me highly recommend this hotel: Strategic Location: This hotel is in a very prime location! Very close to the culinary center on Jalan Pajajaran, Bogor Botanical Gardens, and Botani Square Mall. Finding a place to eat or just take an evening stroll is very easy. Clean & Efficient Rooms: Despite the minimalist concept, the rooms are very clean, tidy, and modern in design. The mattress is very soft (a Whiz signature), making for a very restful sleep after a day of exploring Bogor. Good Facilities: For its class, the available facilities are very adequate. There is a fun outdoor swimming pool for children and an adequate and free parking area. The Wi-Fi is also stable, suitable for those who need to work a little while. Affordable Price: Very value for money. With a very competitive price, we can get the comfort of a star hotel in a very premium location.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
