朝食は、ハイアットクオリティでなく残念。

駅直結でどこに行くにも動きやすかった。新しいホテルできれいでした。朝ごはんもおいしかったです。

A delightful stay. Staff was amazing and so very helpful.

My room was not ready for check-in time. The breakfast was very limited, and the cafeteria was overcrowded. The elevators were not possible to get in at certain time and one of them was broken.

The elevators were not fully operational and thus overcrowding on those used.

The hotel property was clean, the staff was really helpul and there were great amenities. We will definitely be back.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hyatt Hotel Downtown Montreal. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, and the room temperature reached 25.5°C, making it extremely uncomfortable. I escalated the issue to reception staff Doula and specifically asked if a portable air conditioner could be provided. She agreed, but instead, they sent a basic fan. Later they said they do not have portable AC's. That felt misleading. To make matters worse, the fridge in the room wasn’t working either. It’s hard to understand how management can rent out a room without knowing that basic amenities like the refrigerator are defective. The bath tub had severe drainage issues and water just stood still there. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of accountability. Night shift Manager Francois straight away said "you can move out and go to another hotel" at 11:00 pm. At the time of taking my car out of the parking, the parking pass just won't scan. Went to the reception who confirmed that the pass was active, came back and nothing. Went again to the reception who said they double checked the pass is active, returned to the car and again the pass won't scan. There was no genuine apology, no effort to make things right, and no compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, the service was poor, the room maintenance was unacceptable, and the management’s response was disappointing. I expected much better from a Hyatt property.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and spacious. My only complaint is about the parking. The hotel charges $30@ night, and it’s added to your bill at check in. And You have in/out parking. However the garage is very small and parking for the hotel is very limited and you are not guaranteed a space when you go out and return. This means you have to find a space on the street. And street parking is very limited as well. If you do get a space in the garage you should leave your car there until you check out. Getting a cab for getting around in the city for is much easier.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Our double room was clean, large and had a great city view. Gym good. Pool good for kids (we didnt use it). Everything at this hotel was basic and clean. Location was good, walkable to Eaton centre, Old Montreal, the Plateau, Parc Fontaine etc... central located. Only minus was there's a bit of sketchy but we were not bothered. Easy underground walkway through the mini mall to the Metro Berri UQUAM.

Room was clean and spacious. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and nice. The hotel is in a great location as well! Great pick when staying in Montreal.

While we regarded Hyatt as an amazing hotel as we experienced the same in various other countries , our experience at this particular property was terrible. And why - the customer service , we had called the reception for anything during the stay the call was barely ever answered . We literally had to step down to reception everytime to ask for any help . The cleaning staff was good and breakfast was decent but the staff who answers call for any kind of room service was never available. For eg if you need any extra stuff , there was no one to answer or help . Even after updating the same to receptionist it went unheard. Hospitality is a competitive industry and it’s always repeat business if you get the delightful experience. We are sorry but as a global traveller this would be our last stay with Hyatt. Thank you .

The room was great. Staff was v. helpful. Buffet Breakfast had a good variety of food. Although you had to pay for it. Location was great. Close to many restaurants.

I loved the property was located right where I needed to be for Jazz Fest. Unfortunately the same staff person that was extremely rude to me during my check in was just as rude at my check out. And this was after the hotel sent me a letter to my room apologizing for her initial behavior. She never corrected it upon check out so clearly she has issues with certain "types" of guests as I saw her being overly nice to other guests that did not look like me.

Parking issues there should be free parking

Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel. The room was much worse than I expected. It was extremely noisy, especially at night. We kept hearing constant tapping and knocking noises, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Parking was another major problem. When we checked in, there were no available parking spaces at the hotel. We had to park about a five-minute walk away, which was very inconvenient. The underground parking garage was also poorly designed. The parking spaces were extremely small, and one of the “available” spots was so tight that it was impossible to park in. Another disappointment was that there wasn’t even a microwave in the hotel, which was very inconvenient for guests who needed to heat up food. Overall, this hotel was far below my expectations. The noise, terrible parking situation, and lack of basic amenities made the stay very frustrating. I definitely would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff were very friendly to us. The only downside was the parking lot - it was really hard to find a spot, and after parking we had to get a parking card and go back to the front desk to scan it for the daily discount of 30 CAD. The elevators from the rooms to the first floor and from the first floor to the parking lot were separate, which was really inconvenient

Magnifique chambre au 26e étage avec vue sur la ville de Montréal. Sécuritaire, petit déjeuner continental à un prix abordable. L’environnement est peut-être considéré « moins riche », mais sa situation est idéal: à deux pas de la station Berri-UQAM, de grands choix de restaurants et centre-ville de Montréal à moins de 25 minutes à pieds.
