하얏트 플레이스 몬트리올 - 다운타운

올드타운과는 떨어져 있지만, 마트도 바로 연결되어 있고 스타벅스도 있고 근처 먹을 곳도 있어서 편리했어요. 무엇보다 객실이 깔끔하고 단정해서 이용하기 좋았어요.

교통이 편리했어요

지하철 바로 앞에 있어서 대중교통을 이용하기에 좋은 것이 유일한 장점. 호텔 앞 공원에는 노숙자와 대마초와 밤새 춤추는 술꾼들이 가득해요. 지하철은 건물 내 쇼핑몰 지하에서 진입하고 되도록 밖엔 나가지 마세요.

Last time it was the ice machine and the elevator noise so we requested to move This stay there was a humming sound coming from the ceiling . We weee too tired to change rooms .. however this is an issue in the hotel we have informed the staff . It’s a beautiful property and staff is wonderful.. 3 stars is for the noise levels .. unacceptable for a good nights sleep which is rge point of renting a hotel when travelling. Thanks

Staff friendly, good amenities. Amazing location

We recently stayed at a Hyatt property and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the lobby was beautiful and set a great first impression. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and the elevators were surprisingly fast and always available — something that genuinely makes a difference in a busy hotel. Parking was easy and conveniently close, and the room design itself was nicely done. Unfortunately, the stay was overshadowed by a major issue: you cannot control the temperature in your room. The hotel keeps all rooms set around 72°F, and guests aren’t able to adjust it because of their central system. My sister’s suite on the 29th floor reached 85°F by midnight, with no way to cool it down. Staff brought fans, but it barely helped. Our own room on the 19th floor hovered around 73°F, which made it extremely difficult to sleep — my husband and I ended up getting almost no rest. When we spoke with engineering, we were told that individual rooms simply can’t be adjusted. To add to that, the beds were quite firm and not very comfortable, which didn’t help given how hot the rooms were. Overall, while the hotel has some great features and a strong visual appeal, the lack of temperature control and uncomfortable beds made our stay far from restful. If you’re sensitive to room temperature when sleeping, this is something to be aware of before booking.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place. The room was spacious and clean, staff were courteous and helpful, and the location was great for easy access to shopping and eating. I also used the pool and gym and they were awesome. I will for sure stay here again.
