Such an amazing stay for our family (2 adults, 1 child)! It was our daughter's birthday and upon entering our room, they had a birthday card and a sweet treat for our daughter. She was so thrilled. We’ll absolutely be returning! Huge thanks to Fabrice at the front desk for being so professional and handling a few minor details so quickly. Honestly, the entire front desk team was fantastic and really made our stay special. The room was also huge, super comfortable and kept perfectly clean every single day. We couldn't be happier!

We loved the hotel and the location was great. Outside was a little sketchy at night. I had someone come up and grab me looking for money. It was a bit startling. Overall though it was a great stay with no issues with the hotel itself.

Main complaint is when I checked out the agent told me my credit card had not gone through when I checked in and I had to swipe again. I showed her my visa statement which showed it was pending and had gone through. She disagreed and siad I had to swip again. I told her this may cause a double billing. I have spent at lest an hour of my time trying to correct this issue as it was double billed. Still no luck. Not impressed with the staff's level of competence.

Good place but their environment has a lot of homeless during the day and especially at night it’s fine bc im from nyc so it’s just feels like a off brand of time square so can’t imagine what another person would feel, wish they had a little bit more security but like I said still a good place it’s not like it was super dangerous. It just my expectations on the environment was different.

Great rooms, great service, clean hotel, a lot of amenities, amazing breakfast and I love that it’s so close to a mall. you can walk right in from hotel to a mall with a food court, grocery stores, car rental place etc….. Would definitely go back

Our visit was perfect from start to finish: the room was lovely, the pool was clean and well-maintained, the breakfast was delicious (and the hotel is literally steps away from a supermarket in the Underground, making other meals simple to get), and the hotel was located right next to a Metro station, making it easy to get around! And on top of it all, the staff were pleasant and helpful, even waiving our early check-in fee! I know exactly where I'm staying next time I come to Montreal!
