部屋は清潔で、空調もしっかり効いていた。洗面台、シャワーの水圧、トイレの水量も十分で、しっかり排水され水回りのトラブルも無かった。電気設備等の不備もなく、快適に過ごせた。朝食について、6時からという案内表示されていたが6時30分になってもまだ準備ができていない日があった。またコーヒーメーカー2台のうち1台は故障しており、パントースター2台のうち1台は不調だった。朝食メニューは品数も多く満足のいく内容だった。冷蔵庫が無いのは残念な点だった。

"This is a truly lovely and charming hotel. Due to traffic restrictions in the city center, we had to park our car in a nearby multi-story car park and walk for a few minutes. However, we walked through an enjoyable shopping street, so it wasn't a bother at all. It seems to have been renovated a few years ago; everything is simple, tasteful, and well put together. The staff service was good, and the breakfast was delicious. It's a wonderful hotel in the best position in Canterbury, and I definitely want to stay here again next time. The only thing that concerned me was the female staff member, who appeared to be Italian and was in charge of breakfast. She kept her hands in her pockets the entire time, offered no smile, did not actively provide service, and was often leaning against a table."

Perfectly located hotel for all my needs in the City. Being able to leave my luggage before checking in, and, after checking out was a great bonus, the staff being extremely helpful with everything. Whole hotel was clean, and tidy. Stay again? If visiting Canterbury, yes.

Walkable to shopping and Cathedral

Modern property, clean, and extremely convenient for access to Central Canterbury. Staff were particularly helpful and professional, 24 hour bar with some food. Excellent breakfast. Parking is located a 5 minute walk away as the hotel is a pedestrian area. Good local restaurants and tea shops are a short walk.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the room was clean on arrival. The hotel was also nice and quiet, which helped us get a good night’s sleep, although we found the bed a little uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and extremely poor gluten-free choices for my coeliac child. There was no gluten-free bread, biscuits, or muffins available for example . Despite booking breakfast for 9:00 am at check-in, we still had to wait around 10 minutes for a table each morning , which made the booking system seem pointless. Housekeeping could also be improved, as the bedding and pillows often looked rushed and untidy after the room had been serviced. Overall, the friendly staff were the highlight of our stay, but the breakfast and housekeeping standards let the experience down.

The room is clean and fresh. The staff are very welcoming. The breakfast has a good variety of choices. Apart from the ordinary British breakfast, there are pastries and a waffle machine too! I will definitely choose this hotel next time when I visit Canterbury.

A very good location hotel,

The hotel was central and not too far from the car park. However I have to say the bed was genuinely quite uncomfortable and the pillows disappeared when your head was on them. The breakfast was great and varied. Coffee wasn’t bad. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice stay for the beds could be much much better

Perfect for my one night stay - friendly, helpful staff and a lovely comfortable room. A good choice for breakfast to complete the stay.

Extremely poor experience. The life was not working, when asked for water bottle to buy the receptionist said they run out of suppply She said the same when asked for complimentary Tooth brush and paste in the morning. Terrible breakfast, no boiled eggs, but the frozen ones. No bananas for breakfast, the toaster was damaged, I have seen the customers left with having burnt toast. They said it’s family friendly, but not at all. Paid around 170 per night, the price doesn’t justify with the poor service and inhospitable staff.
