Breakfast good

Everything was very good and the staff was very service minded.

staff were very friendly and helpful. warm and welcoming reception, dining and seating area. comfy beds, well looked after room. enjoyable stay.

The room was lovely, very modern, clean and spacious. The staff were all lovely, particularly Ness on reception who was exceptional and went above and beyond to help.

Staff exceptional

Have stayed here a few times and the hotel is lovely. Great location for wandering around Canterbury. This time around we found the bed/mattress to be extremely hard and very uncomfortable so we both had a very restless night. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Overall, the hotel was fine, and in a very convenient location. I have only one complaint: The charge for laundry was outrageous. I sent a few items to their laundry: about 6 pairs of socks, 7 pairs of underwear, two t-shirts, and nylon gym pants. No dry cleaning. The charge was 75 British pounds. Ridiculous. The hotel said it was because they used an outside contractor. From my standpoint, it doesn't matter who does the actual work; the point is that 75 pounds is an extortionate charge!

Nearly everything was lovely, this is our 3rd stay and we travel up from Gosport, near Portsmouth, as we have loved our previous stays and the comfort from your rooms. However, our bed in our room 146, was soooo uncomfortable it ruined our stay. We’d booked to come up for a night away after having a baby last December, and we were both looking forward to a comfortable undisturbed sleep, but that wasn’t the case. The springs were poking into us and neither of us slept well. Breakfast was lovely as usual and everyone we saw that worked there was very polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel, great location. Spacious room & ensuite. Good breakfast, efficiently run. I hope to stay here again!

Very clean

We met up with family, booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. Robbie was so friendly and cheerful nothing was to much trouble for him. My family had a lovely conversation with him, telling us about Canterbury and the facilities in the hotel for our lovely breakfast which we all enjoyed every morning and so much to choose from. Rooms lovely and bathroom excellent. Rooms warm in this cold weather. We will be staying again in the future.

Clean, fantastic location, excellent breakfast, such helpful and polite and friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms, lovely lobby/bar/restaurant. We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Couldn't recommend it enough if you're looking for a central place to stay and explore Canterbury. Looking forward to our next visit and we'll be sure to stay here again.

Lighting could be improved particularly bathroom .

Convenient to shopping, restaurants and sites

Everything aboit this hotel is 10/10. Firts, the location is amazing right in the middle of the town centre and the Cathedral, gardens etc The staff are very nice and helpful The breakfast is delicious.

Very comfortable clean room. Bed size was great. Very conveniently located and parking in the local car park was easy and close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

The hotel is a short walk to the Cathedral, attractions and numerous eating places. Staff was friendly and the place is clean and well maintained.
