Customer service is amazing , special thanks to Louise who went out of her way to resolve the issue with our room booking - the room originally given to us was different from what we believed to have booked based on the picture. Louise went through all the rooms to find one that met our requirement to make our stay perfect.

Good value practical hotel. No magic but v convenient and nice staff.

Dear Hampton Team, Thank you for your hospitality during my recent stay. I truly appreciate the effort put into maintaining clean and comfortable rooms—it made my stay pleasant in many ways. However, I’d like to kindly mention that the noise level, particularly the loud music that continued until almost midnight, made it difficult for me to sleep. As a guest who values a quiet environment for rest, this was quite disruptive. I completely understand that entertainment is part of the guest experience, but I would sincerely appreciate it if future noise levels could be managed, especially during late hours, to ensure all guests can relax undisturbed. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street right in town but close to parking and shopping

Check in was fine, until the breakfast was explained, told i cant come and eat between 0830 and 0930, as booked, but i can eat at 0800. I dont eat that early, was also told if im running late, to inform reception. So, i didnt have breakfast all the 3 mornings, i dont eat by the clock. Sunday morning, approx 0930, a vile smell started, looking out of hotel window, a slurry truck was cleaning out drains or sewage, this happening righg below my window and the vile smell coming into my room, windows cannot be opened, but any smell like that can make its way in. A rush to get out, not putting up with that. If staying at weekend, dont get the 2nd floor and an even number room! Will i return? No.

Great location and while parking is a few minutes walk away and at a special rate of £25 per day the proximity to restaurants etc was great. Complimentary breakfast each morning was really appreciated and the staff were by far the most pleasant staff I have ever met in any hotel, and I have stayed in a lot. The day started with the extremely cheerful and welcoming Robbie and Poppy at breakfast and desk staff friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. The room was ready so we got to check in early which was a bonus. Brilliant breakfast with wide variety. Room & hotel clean & comfortable. Right in the centre of Canterbury, would definitely stay again

We lime this hotel because it was in walking distance to everything we needed. Tbe hotel was very freindly and clean. Beeakfast was good too

Great location in the heart of the city and near the Cathedral. Lovely, energetic staff. Good breakfast with espresso drinks.

Excellent hôtel, personnel très professionnel, Petit-déjeuner superbe, localisation géniale en plein centre-ville, il ne manque qu'un frigo dans la chambre (ce qui me semble être un minimum pour un Hilton).

Comfortable, clean, modern hotel in central Ipswich close to the Cathedral and shopping. Very good breakfast.

Nice new hotel. Central location, parking within walking distance.

The hotel is in a nice location, although the walk from the carpark is mildlly inconvenient especially with bags. The hotel is clean and looks new. The rooms are everything you would expect from the chain and the staff were all friendly. The facilities at the hotel were good and the fitness room is well equiped. The only negatives were the cost of the carparking and the food the pizza in evening was nice enough considering it was made begind the bar. The breakdlfadt was average at best.

We stayed in Canterbury for 2 nights for my wifes birthday,a beautiful city and a lovely hotel in a perfect location,clean rooms and friendly staff with breakfast which was amazing had a great selection 😀

Had a two day stay at this hotel for my wife’s birthday, the staff were very nice and friendly the hotel was very clean and modern and the buffet breakfast was very tasty you can even make fresh waffles too. I will definitely be returning as two days wasn’t long enough to enjoy all that Canterbury has to offer.
