The breakfast was the same every day. An omlette station would be nice.

Really enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, the room was very clean and bed comfortable. Amazing that a buffet breakfast was imcludes in the price too, and pizza availabre 24/7 for an additional cost, and other items on the menu including vegan options.

On each floor there are about four rooms that are much smaller than the advertised 230ish square feet, we were given two of those rooms and were disappointed given we prioritize room size when choosing hotels. It felt like we did not get what we paid for

Great location, Hampton hotel is well placed and our room on the fourth floor was spacious and quiet. Only negative was the extractor fan in the bathroom going 24/7. Buffet breakfast was good though limited choice if you don't like a fried breakfast. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Ness ensured a warm welcome on arrival.

I had really high hopes for this stay, having never stayed in a Hilton before but knowing the name and the prestige it carried. Myself and my partner were looking forward to a quiet, restful stay, but it was very much the opposite. The staff were lovely and the room itself was fine in appearance, but I hadn't expected to hear the loud, pounding bass of music from the rooftop bar above from our room, which went on until very late both nights of our stay. The mattress was rock solid, so between the noise and the mattress, it ended up being very much the opposite of a restful, relaxing weekend. We both slept poorly as a result and I spent the weekend with considerable aches and pains, which really soured our trip. I mentioned the noise from the bar upon checking out, but didn't see much point in raising the issues during our stay, as it was likely both issues would not be resolved by being moved to a different room. We were not even on the floor directly below the bar, so I can imagine how much noiser it must have been for other patrons. It was a real shame, as otherwise we would have had a really nice weekend, and all of the staff we encountered were incredibly nice and helpful (and the issues mentioned would be things they would likely have very little ability to change). I'd definitely think twice about booking this hotel and while I can't do anything to change the bad weekend we had, I hope others don't make the same mistake.

The hotel was in a good location very central. The air conditioning was hit and miss, I prefer the option of opening a window for fresh air. Breakfast was average but overall enjoyed our stay in Canterbury.

The place looked amazing, it was just so uncomfortable sleeping there, the mattresses was horrible, and the smell i dont no where it was coming from but it wasnt pleasant
