スタッフさんが冷たいのとアメニティが充実していない。バスローブは毎日変えて欲しい。また横の部屋が改築していてうるさかった。トイレもつまりやすい。ただ立地はとても良かった。

ピカデリーサーカスの前で本当に便利なホテルでした。

Awesome hospitality with great service

ベットが柔らかく過ぎて腰が痛くなりました。

スタッフの対応が良く、朝食も美味しいと思いました。 また、観光に地下鉄やバスを利用しやすく、買い物や食事には徒歩圏内でお店がたくさんあっていいホテルです。

Hotel in posizione ottimale, ma molto vecchio; stanza molto rovinata; moquette vecchia sopra ad un pavimento in legno che scricchiola ad ogni movimento. frigo bar vuoto, bagno con vasca vecchia e rovinata ( non invitante a fare una doccia); tubazioni di scarico a vista nella zona water….Necessita di urgenti lavori che credo cominceranno a breve. Dopo i lavori sarà sicuramente meglio, così non vale neanche 4 stelle ( e’ un 5 stelle)….

Helpful and courteous staff. Clean room. Great gym facility and pool. Perfect location.

Lage, Frühstück, Lobby, Obst, Sauberkeit überstrahlen die abgenutzte Duschwanne oder den fehlenden Steckeradapter.

It wasn’t the best stay made worse by the price (but it is the week before christmas!) The beds were comfy, there was plenty of tea and coffee, the gym and pool area was good and given our room was overlooking Piccadilly it wasn’t overly noisy. That was sort of where things stopped being good; the room was so tired - scuffs all over the walls, the wardrobe looked old and tattered, the carpet was thin and had gathered in places which could have been a trip hazard, there was a hole in my bed sheet and the bathroom needed an upgrade! I didn’t find the staff overly friendly and they didn’t acknowledge the occassion we were there for which was fine. I was really disappointed, I’ve wanted to stay there for a while but won’t be rushing back and there would have been other places to stay that were better I’m sure!

It was great to be greeted so friendly and the wonderful man on reception gave us a room on arrival which was much earlier than check in time…which was very appreciated after a long journey. The room was located on floor 6 which made it quiet. It was very basic and extremely in need of a refurb. The bathroom was also a little tired looking. We visited on 15-17 December but the room was incredibly hot and we couldn’t cool it, yet the corridors seem to have aircon! You cannot beat the location of the dilly, being so centrally located but the hotel really does need an upgrade. I understand a refurbishment programme begins shortly, I just hope that they don’t just focus on the reception areas and instead pay more attention to the rooms.

Dejligt sted - slidt, men rent og pænt - vi kommer igen

Hotellet har super beliggenhet, og resepsjon og restauranter hadde god atmosfære og var fint pynta til jul. Vi opplevde at det var bra service, men det virket å være litt underdimensjonert da det tidvis var litt kø/ventetid for å få bord til frokost, å få laget omelett eller å hente seg kaffe fra kaffemaskin. Rommet vi fikk var stort og romslig og tilrettelagt for handikappede. Mulig dette var årsaken til at det ikke var noen sittegruppe, noe som ville gjort rommet litt mer innbydende å oppholde seg i. Utsikten fra rommet var heller ikke det mest spennende, da vi så rett ut i ett ventilasjonsanlegg. Vi opplevde også at det var veldig dårlig vanntrykk i dusj og vask.

Meget slidte værelser. Morgenmads restauranten meget kold hvor vi fryste. Top beliggenhed. Kunne heller ikke få bord til at spiseaftensmad i restauranten. Roomservice direkte elendig. Det tog en time. Da de kom var det uden bestik og drikkevare. Manden som kom med rommservice sagde at bestik skulle vi selv bestille og han kom først med drikkevaren da vi havde spist. Har aldrig hørt om lignende på et 5 stjernet hotel

The location was fantastic and the hotel / room were very nice. Would stay here again!

The bedrooms are tired and the aircon noisy but the bed was comfortable and hotel in a great location for theatreland.

Je suis venu plusieurs fois vers 2015 quand l’hôtel appartenait à la chaîne Meridien. Quelle chute de qualité indigne d’un 5 étoiles à plus de 600€ par nuits . Un vrai scandale. Pas de chauffage. Il a fallut se battre 6 h pour obtenir 2 chauffages d’appoin
