전반적으로 리모델링이 필요함. 조식은 아주 만족. 직원들의 서비스 마인드는 5성급은 아님. 다시 런던에 갔을때 숙박할 마음은 안 생김.

Location! otherwise , it was nothing.

Our room was advertised as “superior”. It had a fake window so no real light. The entire room was painted dark teal I would imagine to make it look rich and opulent… this was not the outcome. It looked like a dungeon with worn carpet and furniture. On check in I was told the room was already paid which I asked them to check as I thought it was “pay at property”. I travel a lot so when he said it was def paid I thought nothing more of it. We added breakfast so paid for that for the 2 days (£100) and went on our way. We checked in Friday and Saturday afternoon I received a WhatsApp message from reception saying the room had not been paid and to come to reception at my earliest convenience. I was in a concert in Hyde park at the time. We returned to the hotel at 11:30pm and I went to get my cards from the safe so I could sort the bill. Our room keys had been locked and we couldn’t get into the room. My friend has severe mobility issues and couldn’t make it back to reception with me so had to sit on the floor in the hallway while I went down to get the key reactivated. The man at reception repeatedly said the bill needed paid even though I had said multiple times I needed to get into the safe to get my credit card to settle the bill. He eventually reactivated the key. When I came back to reception it took almost 40 minutes to sort out the bill as they kept trying to overcharge by fist £100 and then by £300. Horrendous service by what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

The best thing I can say is location! It is central to everything we wanted to do! We would definitely stay there again!!!

The hotel location is ideal and close to Piccadilly Circus tube. Staff all very friendly and breakfast is excellent. However, I felt the room we had, though spacious and clean, was average. The floor creaked badly and the bathroom was very dated. There was only one small sink, not a double, and only a small mirror shelf for storage. Products missing shampoo and body lotion. Also, no hairdryer. It felt basic not plush which I would have expected at this price point.

Dieses Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovation. Die Zimmer sind klein und alt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht; die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein und alt. Der Pool war geschlossen. Personal war freundlich und die Lage sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ok; jedoch nicht was man bei einem 5-Stern-Hotel erwarten darf. Ingesamt würden wir nicht mehr gehen.

This was my second time in The Dilly and it was a comedown, first time we got a gift bag with goodies in, loaded mini bar, the bathroom shower worked and the hot water tap and we got a goodbye bag for the journey home. This time the experience was quite deflating, pool has been out of bounds for 2 days, no goodie bags, no stocked mini bar, shower trickled the water, you had to learn into the shower wall for the water to hit your body and the pressure was none existent ,and the hot water tap nothing come out on the sink. I would avoid family room 521

Convenient location clean but old rooms one was super moldy smelling and old carpets - bathrooms clean but some had old grout - spacious comfortable great staff - definitely needs renovation which was happening - get rid of nasty old carpets. Excellent staff very attentive and helpful

Enjoyed staying at the Dilly. Older property but recent renovations. Great location, friendly staff, nice onsite amenities (bars, restaurants, speakeasy, terrace). I would stay again.

Terrible. They canceled my reservation upon arrival stating the room could not be made ready. I was with kids and luggage.

This hotel is claiming to be 5 stars on their website. The manager says the rooms are in the process of being renovating, meanwhile they are charging high rates for rooms that are old and quite disgusting. My room was also on the side of a nightclub that blared noise until 3am. The staff start banging doors at 8am repeatedly and don’t care. The carpet was stained and gross. Everything was scuffed and scraped. No water pressure in the shower. There are no plugs next to the bed. I had to unplug the lamp to plug in my phone and move the table to get to it. The A/C is old and noisy. And could be cleaned up with some paint. Their description is completely a lie of what you’ll get. The second room offered to me was just as bad and also down many stairs. I decided to check out after returning to find our room had not being serviced by 4:30pm the same day I complained to the manager.

Room service wasnt good, took an hour to get 2 cups of ice. We had a long day and decided to order room service, we also asked for 2 cups of ice as we had soda and wanted ice cubes whit it to enjoy our pizza. Took 1 hour to get the pizza and they forgot our ice. we asked them to get the ice and took about another 10 minutes. Then charged 7 pounds extra for service. Even tho it was horrible service and took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get what we asked for. Nice hotel but dont order room service, better to just bit something on the way. Staff was very nice and understanding, Breakfast was Amazing, check-in process went well, location of the hotel was in the heart of London so easy to get around to stuff. Rooms need a carpet upgrade, was some brown stains. Overall experience : very nice hotel but room service and carpets need upgrades.

Appreciate the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment program. We definitely had rooms which need attention. Dirty tiles/bathroom seat hanging off etc. But the hotel itself is lovely. Breakfast in The Terrace was lovely.

Cannot beat the location in central London! Friendly and very helpful front desk staff. Superb housekeeping and guest relations - anything you need is a call away. Cannot wait to be a guest again on the next visit.

The Dillys främsta förtjänst är dess läge - centralt och nära till allt! Hotellet är bekvämt, rent och praktiskt. Bra frukost och trevlig restaurang & bar på markplan. Möjligen är personalen inte helt ’på hugget’ och allert, men vänliga (på ett sävligt sätt). Har bott på hotellet två gånger, med tolv års mellanrum. Kan tänka mig bo där igen, just för läget och den ok standarden.

This is my 4th visit to the DIlly. Great location and fantastic staff. Will be back soon.

Room is outdated and more like a £50 travelodge than a posh london hotel. Rust around the sink plug for example. Kept awake all night by the heating fan starting up and clanking loudly every 15 mins - seemed no way to switch it off.
