我們住的房型比較奇怪，使用咖啡啡機還要爬樓梯，不是很方便，可能因為這樣，其他的空間就覺得很小， 而且跟當初訂的房型感覺不一様

門房人員服務態度好，必竟是老飯店設施有舊一點。交通位子好出行很方便

Are they economising or is their housekeeping sloppy? No shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. We have stayed in this hotel twice recently and on both occasions the Henry vacuum cleaner was left in the corridor overnight. It is very unimpressive. The hotel is undergoing renovations and does not look its best.

Old room. Noise throughout the night coming from wallls.

Family room was spacious and breakfast was nice. Renovations made the check in process a bit chaotic, and receptionist was sassy and rude about a miscommunication between my married & maiden name on the booking. Good location.

Don’t recommend during this renovation! The AC was not working in the room, staff was aware and still nothing was done. In addition, the WiFi was not available/working in our room at all!

The staff are absolutely wonderful, but the rooms are overpriced and not in great shape. Be prepared to have a lot of difficulty with electrical plugs; I was in two different rooms, one being the most expensive one the had to offer, both didn’t have bedside electrical plugs that were somehow only for lights (they were different prongs than the standard UK prongs). Staff went out of their way to try help me be able to plug my phone in at the bedside, but the best they could do was bring some adapters that were in long extension cords that we had to run across the room and even from side a closet in the second room.

The hotel is very well situated on Picadilly close to regents street and all shops, but the rooms are definitely in need of updating, very old fashioned and dark, walls painted dark green make them very dark and depressing with the lack of light. Furniture needs updating especially the bed. Rooms are noisy from the traffic if you like the window open at night. Nice to have a pool in a central London hotel.

Renovation going on. Not a pleasant experience this time

Stay in London a lot but not a great quality, I accept that the refurbishments are going on but poor dining areas in addition to shabby decor around hotel. Also told breakfast was included in our suite booking at check in but still charged in full. Emailed hotel twice before stay to arrange dining/bar reservation but no response.

The staff were the stand out of my stay, attentive, polite , every member was so friendly. Slightly disappointed with superior twin room, threadbare carpet, tired looking , no draws! Smaller than photos , breakfast very good, location excellent .

Room wasn’t the 5* experience we were expecting we have stayed in nicer premier inns which are much cheaper. Aircon was broken and room was so hot! The tv was broken kept saying the hdmi isn’t connected or switched off completely. The light in the wardrobe didn’t turn off when we closed the door so was on all night. The radiator in the bathroom was on and we were unable to turn it off. There was sellotape on the corner of the dressing table far from 5* more like a 2*.

The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The room was made extra special for our wedding anniversary Couldn't have done anything more Amazing
