我們住的房型比較奇怪，使用咖啡啡機還要爬樓梯，不是很方便，可能因為這樣，其他的空間就覺得很小， 而且跟當初訂的房型感覺不一様

門房人員服務態度好，必竟是老飯店設施有舊一點。交通位子好出行很方便

Excellent hotel and service

The Dilly is ideally located, near best shopping, shows and parks. The breakfast buffet is very good. Staff was very helpful and comprehensive in allowing a later checkout time. This was very appreciated. On the negative side, I am totally dumbfounded as to why the safe box would be located 10 inches off the ground. Unless you are an accredited Cirque du Soleil gymnast, you simply can’t use it.

Had a lovely stay. We went for my daughter’s birthday. And they decorated our room with balloons and banners. We even had complimentary Prosecco. It was a very nice gesture.

Great central location, generous size room, large comfortable bed, fridge, iron, kettle, coffee maker. Well equipped. Perfect for a London getaway.

Et rom med «durrene» lyd hele natten. Lys inni skap som ikke gikk av. Skittent badekar og støvete. Men.. superhyggelig dør mann som sto ute og tok oss i mot når vi kom i Taxi. 5 stjerner til han, Med hatt og uniform

The Air conditioner did not work in our room. Notified the front desk instead of sending a technician to fix it they sent an old style portable A/C that required ice. I had to deal with this the entire time of not having a cool room to sleep in. Our last night I had to call to request more ice for this first generation cooling device. The front desk called our room after my ice request to say a technician would be coming up.spoke with the technician on why it took so long to address he said our do not disturb tag was on the door. Well that’s BS I called numerous times for ice they could have came anytime. Plus they had my cell phone number. Staff response was to our request was very poor It would take an awful lot for me to stay here on my next visit to London

Amazing breakfast. First-class fitness center (though pool was dimly lit). Luxury at the center of everything in London.

Rooms are dated to grubby, we had side room, looking in the window of an office building and it was quite a dark room, the bathroom was def very outdated, a bath with grubby tiles and shower curtain, but good enough water pressure for a quick shower before leaving, the lobby was undergoing a big renovation, but the terrace for breakfast is lovely and location of the hotel is just perfect. The pool was a lovely 'chill' (to very chilly, it was freezing) but a nice place to chill after a day walking the shops and monuments that are all so easily reached from this great location. The staff at breakfast are really nice. If you just want somewhere that has great access to the city and not expecting a 5 star hotel then the Dilly is great. The concierge / porter team are very nice too.
