我們住的房型比較奇怪，使用咖啡啡機還要爬樓梯，不是很方便，可能因為這樣，其他的空間就覺得很小，

我想我不會再入住此酒店，對於一些有行李的客人如住在二樓的話出了電梯還有跑多十級樓梯這是十分不方便。

Check-in receptionist wasn't very friendly.
The public areas were lovely, however the room was extremely disappointing. Plug sockets not secure, decor needs updating and toilet seat doesn't stay up (for men this is quite tricky!)
Definitely not worth the cost. I feel you pay for the location.
Overall - very disappointed

Nydelig hotell med flott beliggenhet. Meget god service på alle måter. Rom var ok, men badet hadde sett bedre dager og var under den standard man forventer på ett sånt hotell. Mulig vi bare var litt uheldig. Har bodd der 3 ganger tidligere og hatt bedre bad da.

Arrived late and although we were upgraded to junior suite, at my request, the room was noisy and dark with very little natural daylight. I requested another room the next morning, which was better and more comfortable still was shabby and ill thought out. The hotel is in need of a major upgrade, its old and looks it. Excellent location and food was good, however the the price not value for money
