Check-in receptionist wasn't very friendly. The public areas were lovely, however the room was extremely disappointing. Plug sockets not secure, decor needs updating and toilet seat doesn't stay up (for men this is quite tricky!) Definitely not worth the cost. I feel you pay for the location. Overall - very disappointed

Great location for shopping. Restaurants and coffee Walkable to Piccadilly and regents street. Staff were very nice and helpful

A great place to stay

Given an upgrade which was nice and they also put a few birthday celebration things in the room which was amazing and appreciated.

Clean but rooms were tiered. Residents bar closed early.

Rooms smell bad, bathroom ooooold needs improvement. Not a 5 star hotel definitely

Property is in a great location, friendly staff, clean, decent size rooms, and lots of amenities including an indoor pool and golf simulator.

Arrived late and although we were upgraded to junior suite, at my request, the room was noisy and dark with very little natural daylight. I requested another room the next morning, which was better and more comfortable still was shabby and ill thought out. The hotel is in need of a major upgrade, its old and looks it. Excellent location and food was good, however the the price not value for money

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is also very convenient

On several occasions I have been given rooms with the shower over the bath. Not the best of facilities, this is the 2nd time I have not been able to shower due to no hot water. I had to move room, very inconvenient. I am booked to stay 18th September, I am considering another hotel. I had 4 nights, not happy with the room or facilities.

Dima and Canda were incredible. They made our short but sweet stay so memorable. We will definitely be back and hope to see them again!

I stayed at The Dilly in March and was so pleased that I rebooked for August. But this time I felt I was staying at a different hotel. Maybe my first stay made me a harsh critic, but I was expecting excellent and got average - especially for the price. The room I booked in March was a Superior 2-Double - it was clean, spacious w/ updates like USB charging ports by the bed, a new temp control thermostat, fresh paint/decor. This time, our initial room was a Superior 2-Twin. Other than the size of the beds, I was expecting the same tier quality. Yet it was tiny & not updated (walls peeling, no charger outlets, a dial thermo). After seeing the room, I requested to move to - and pay for - an upgraded room akin to the Superior I had last time. One wasn't available for our stay, but they offered to move us to a Superior King (& waive the fee for a 2nd bed). I appreciated their accommodation; the staff was very helpful and attempted to make us more comfortable. But even the new, more expensive room didn't live up to the room from March. It wasn't refurbished either: no charging ports, AC didn't cool, bathroom towel warmer heated the entire room, no bathroom vent, fire doors banging outside our room all night. It just felt like the small touches were missing this time and wasn't as comfortable. Again, the staff was great, but the room was disappointing. I like the hotel itself (location can't be beat) but if I stay again, I will be sure to request a refurbished room.

I liked the location the most. Unfortunately, there was construction goin on behind at the time of our stay so that woke us up early. But not within hotel’s control.

Food options very limited. Indian restaurant or pizza in your room isn’t a good variety. Five star staff and location but amenities are no way near five star. It’s my second time staying there. After my first time there I asked for a quieter room as having a room opposite the lift was very noisy. This trip I was put opposite the staff laundry room and was very noisy. The hotel is old and yes modernized a bit but the walls are like paper. You can hear next room guests showering!
