EFFECTIVE 1 JAN 2018 - Rates are quoted nett in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) inclusive of all prevailing taxes. Additionally, the mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guests. This amount is to be collected by the hotel, on behalf of the Government of Malaysia, upon check-out. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempt from paying this tax. Non-refundable PREPAYMENT for entire stay is required at the time of booking. Booking(s) will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. Prepayment will not be refunded for cancellations or shortened stays. The offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
Only fully vaccinated guests** with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor. **Guests with vaccines requiring 2 doses (Pfizer, AstraZaneca and Sinovac) must have completed 14 days from the date of the 2nd dose and guests with vaccines requiring 1 dose (CanSino and Johnson & Johnson) must have completed 28 days from the date of that dose.
Implementation of 8% Sales & Service Tax Effective 1st March 2024 - As announced by the Government of Malaysia, effective 1st March 2024, the sales & service tax (SST) for hotel accommodation and ancillary services will increase to 8%, which will be reflected in the final bill settlement. Please pay the tax differences direct to hotel upon check in/check out.
Effective 1 January, 2026, a Sustainability Fee of RM 7.00 per room per night will be applicable to all guests and will be collected upon check-in.
