I stayed at Copal Tulum Hotel for four days and overall had a great experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a relaxing jungle vibe that makes it easy to unwind. The cenote on the property was definitely a highlight—such a unique and wonderful feature. The yoga sessions were a 10/10, and the on-site photographer was also excellent. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good as well—everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Transportation arrangements were smooth and well accommodated, which made getting around much easier. The staff truly made a difference in my stay. Max was especially pleasant, kind, and very helpful, and Johnny was also incredibly supportive throughout my visit. The only downside was that the door was sometimes difficult and inconvenient to lock and open. I also purchased an upgraded room, which did not meet my expectations, it felt a bit small base on what is shown. Overall, despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would absolutely stay here again.

Si quieres descansar y levantarte más tarde de las 8 am, olvídalo, hay una persona que se pone a soplar hojas desde las 8 am hasta las 9:30 am enfrente de tu habitación todos los días. El hotel puede estar bien, pero de que te sirve ir a descansar para que te despierten con esa estupidez y después el personal te conteste que tienen que levantar las hojas y a la media hora está igual todo lleno de hojas. Ridículo y el personal se indigna cuando les haces el comentario. Terrible

The clean and fast check in, so welcoming. The walk to the room was beautiful. The rooftop ,garden view with private pool was spectacular. The aroma of the entire suite was matching the vibe just beautiful. Very spacious,clean, well thought out suite.

It was an amazing experience, except that me and my family were assaulted by a local man that had an automatic pistol right in front of the hotel but staff was so kind, food was great, room comfortable

The staff kept the room clean everyday and was very polite and generous. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with any requests we may have had, especially jimmy who worked at the front desk.

Great staff! Always helpful. Rooms were perfect for our family. Having a pri ate pool is so convenient. Would recommend for sure

Nydelig hotell, rene og fine rom, flotte fasiliteter og rolig vibe og omgivelser. Personellet var også veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Det eneste minuset er at rommet vårt var egentlig del av et connected rom, men døren var låst slik at det ble to separate rom - og det var ekstremt lytt ned til det andre rommet/leiligheten under. Man kunne høre absolutt alt naboene gjorde og pratet om, til tross for at hotellet reklamerer for lydtette rom. Men gitt så hyggelig personale og flott hotell ellers, vil jeg uansett gi oppholdet 5 stjerner.

Terrible amount of mold - spotty wifi, no hot water multiple days, staff that lies, and I lost money cash I believe here. The building is so noisy and near parties, its constructed poorly and cheaply very old, terrible water smells.. like unbearable sewer type smells. Mold and unsafe. Staff makes you feel unsafe. Avoid at all costs.

I'd like to give this 3.5 stars because the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was overall clean but damp. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There is no tv in the bedroom.

Hotel magnifique et service impeccable!

The staff was amazing! Each day you were greeted with a big smile and told to enjoy your day! Each night you were greeted with an even bigger smile and wanted to know about all your adventures. Rooms were very clean and comfortable! We are sad to leave as we met so many people at the hotel (staff) and around the town that became like family! Shedding a little tear as we drive to the airport, it’s not goodbye it’s see you later ❤️
