괜찮았지만 폭포뷰는 아니었습니다

숙박시설에 체크인 전 몇일전에 20불이 청구되었습니다. 청구된후 체크인당시 20불에 대해 물어보았더니 그냥 신용카드가 제대로 작동되는지 알아보는 금액이라고 했습니다. 여행 다녀온지 20일이 넘었는데 아직 20불은 돌려받지 못하고 있습니다. 20불은 돌려받지 못했지만 호텔 상태는 아주 만족합니다. 나이아가라 폭포랑 가까워 가성비 좋은 호텔인거 같습니다.

Great service, clean room. Only issue is to add a microwave to every floor or room.

Marissa who checked us in was fantastic at correcting an issue before it became a problem. She was professional and empathetic to our situation. We needed adjoining rooms and I was told it would be no problem. When we arrived it was not booked that way. Marissa fixed it .

Everything was great

Room spotless and staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Close to all the amenities we wanted to see and do.

Highly recommend this property. Affordable 5 star hotel. Most favorite place we have ever stayed in the falls. Restaurant was exceptional

Front Desk Staff were great

The bayhroo. had a dirty rug smell. We got the room early though The staff gave me the incorrect buffet houts for breakfast. Reception staff wss not professional

Friendly staff

Room was clean, staff was great. Hotel had enough amenities to enjoy internally. View was great and got to see the fireworks.

Likes: Restaurant was great- both food and service. Can be improved: Rooms are basic for the price. Our door had a half inch gap in it when closed, so we heard noise late night and early morning. Refrigerator was noisy. It was especially noisy being located near the elevator. If you are a light sleeper like myself, I highly recommend ear plugs and request not to be near the elevators (or find another place to stay).

Excellent

The indoor pool was wonderful for kids. The hot tub was a nice treat for the adults. The breakfast menu at Buchanans restaurant was very good, lots of choice on the a la cart menu. Michael

Everything was good.

The room was very clean, and all the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. We stayed on the 17th floor, and since it was winter with no leaves on the trees, we had a clear view of the American Falls. However, as mentioned by other guests in previous reviews, during the summer the trees may partially block the view. In that case, staying on the highest floor (19th floor) may offer a clearer, unobstructed view. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would consider staying here again.
