벤틀리 런던

5성급인데 체크인 카운터나 조식 수준이 이 호텔 직전에 갔던 4성급보다 한참 ㅂㄹ였음. 외관이나 화장실 내부가 고급스럽긴 함. 근데 오래된 느낌과 추운 내부는 어쩔 수 없었던 듯. 침구는 깨끗함.

복잡하지않고 쾌적한 동네이고 주변에 켄징턴가든, 하이드파크 등이 가까워서 좋았어요~

좋은 후기 나쁜 후기가 섞여있길래 좀 걱정하면서 갔는데 너무 좋았어요 글로스터역이나 사우스 켄싱턴역까지도 금방 걸어가고 근처에 고메버거 바이런버거 테스코 웨이트로즈등등 다 있어서 시내까지 안가도 좋았어요. 방도 깨끗하고 이뻤어요.

Great room, and there was a language barrier as most of the staff were from India and had heavy accents.

Big rooms. Well-appointed. Quiet. Very close to Gloucester Station. Great location.

The hotel is extraordinary

The room was spacious, clean and the amenities were ok. The only aspect that let the room down was the mattress was quite hard. Other than that my second stay at the Bentley was brilliant. A small refurb would make it spectacular! Staff were very friendly and always available to help.

Booked this property as it looked gorgeous on photos but unfortunately that "old England money" look was rather lack lustre. The property is very dated with low lighting which gives it a dreary feel from entrance. The room we had was the blue room and while wonderfully spacious it felt incredibly dated rather than elegant like shown in the photos. Beyond aesthetic, the room was not properly clean. The headboard/lack of it was just a wall, had horrible staining on, if we had more time I would have gone to reception and asked to change rooms as it was revolting. Also then the bedspread had a black stain on, not appealing. The bathroom was clean but really needs brightening up. Overall was a shame as for the price I was expecting 5 star but I would place this at a 4 star at best.

Loved our room. Truly vintage and well maintained hotel. Look forward to returning!

Now this hotel is strange. It is an expensive spot. The hotel needs renovation and they started it. Up to this point it is ok. However the renovation takes place while you are staying at the hotel. And one night you come to your room which is filled with fresh paint odor. You want to open the windows but due to revovation and safety issues they nailed all windows so you cannot open them. I dont know how they could get authorisation for this from the fire department. And when you issue the problem to the reception they only say sorry. No offers of room change, no offers of compensation. Only sorry. The only positive thing is the location and staff. Overrated under these conditions. And everything within the room was old. Hope renovation includes room decoration as well. Never again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. The rooms were not clean—carpets badly stained, shower door not clean, shower and bath faucets were in poor condition and not clean.

Nice place and good location

nel complesso gradevole rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto camere grandi e confortevoli ma carenti nella manutenzione e negli impianti tecnologici (aria condizionata e impianto elettrico vetusti) Non sono dotati di prese di ricarica cellulare ne di adattatori Abbiamo potuto caricare i cellulari grazie alla disponibilità del personale lasciando i cellulari alla reception per tutta la notte. Il checkIN molto lento a seguito di un problema che hanno avuto con altri clienti (camera sporca) e ci hanno fatto attendere oltre 40 minuti prima che qualcuno ci perfezionasse accesso.

Well, definitely it is not a 5 star hotel, probably not even a 4 star. Despite the description on the hotel’s website - the rooms are not luxurious. Actually they are very worn out - stains on the carpets, paint coming off from walls, strange smell in the room (mould?), very worn out bathroom accessories (taps, shower head). Also I assumed that coffee machine in the room should be a standard in 5 star hotel ? Apparently I was wrong. The only good thing is the location. However there are lots of good (meaning - better ) hotels nearby. My first and last stay in this hotel.

I booked The Bentley Hotel London expecting a safe and comfortable five-star stay, but this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room I was given would not qualify as four-star — the headboard was torn, the mattress was sunken, the carpet was badly stained, and the main lobby had an unpleasant odor. After two nights, I was finally switched to another room. On the third night, our room was burglarized. When we returned from an evening out, a police car was parked at the entrance. When my husband asked the concierge if there was a problem, he was told “no.” We later learned the scaffolding alarm had gone off twice that evening, meaning staff were aware there was likely a security breach. Another couple two doors down was also robbed. The next morning, we discovered that someone had gone through my husband’s briefcase and stolen his personal belongings. Our window latches had been left open from the inside. The General Manager never informed us of the repeated alarms or the extent of the security issue. This was extremely unsafe — we could easily have walked in on the intruder. To make matters worse, the hotel charged us full price for the stay and even billed us for tea and sandwiches while we waited four hours for the police. No goodwill gesture, no apology, no accountability. This hotel is absolutely not five-star, nor is it safe. I have asked Hotels.com to remove this property from their platform, as it poses a serious risk to guests.

Staff happy and good persons big room

Just rude staff on check in. Does not seem like a real hotel. Definitely not 5 star!

L'hotel è in una posizione comoda rispetto alla metro di Gloucester Road ma essendo un 5 stelle mi aspettavo una maggiore cura delle stanze, moquette sporca, poltrone con tappezzeria consunta e porte in legno gonfie e rovinate. Aggiungo anche che nell'elegante hall c'è stato per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno, un cattivo odore di fognatura. Nulla da dire sulla cortesia e disponibilità del personale, gentili e attenti ad ogni richiesta. È necessario un restauro generale e magari ci tornerò piacevolmente.
