아주 훌륭했습니다 공원이 앞에있어 뷰도 예쁘고 무엇보다 실내의 청결상태가 good입니다 간단히 세탁할수있는 세탁기 취사가 가능하며 침구류 소품 모두 편안했습니다 다음에 다시 꼭 머물고 싶어요

I strongly recommend this hotel!

Good service from check in but my stay was impacted by the following: tv casting didn’t work and is likely throughout the hotel (see reviews), this was reported but nothing done (not even a promise to fix). Water occasionally shutting off for no reason, this occurred twice during my one night stay. WiFi is sketchy and not to be relied upon. My package included a bottle of fizz, this was not provided even when chased up. All in all, a disappointing stay, staff are nice and provided me a better room but simple things in the room were a let down as couldn’t rely on anything. This was unfortunate given it was a big anniversary stay.

One of the best London hotels I’ve stayed in (and I’ve stayed in many). Will definitely make it a regular

Fijn aparthotel op een steenworp afstand van metrostation Aldgate East en op kwartier lopen van Tower Bridge. Goed ontbijt en lekker bed! Fijn om een keukentje hebben met koelkast met vriezertje en een Nespresso apparaat.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir hatten ein sehr leises Zimmer -top! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer wird nur alle paar Tage gereinigt - hat uns nicht gestört, wurde daher in den 3 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht gemacht. Lage sehr gut, Bus und Bahn innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder hier buchen!

We booked this as a last minute stay in London on a Saturday night. We were allocated a room and once we got in there both TV’s weren’t working. We called down and they said they couldn’t fix it so they moved us to a different room. When we went to the second room, we got settled, and then the air con in the second room wasn’t working which wasn’t ideal on a 30 degree day. We called down and was told they couldn’t fix it that evening. They did give us 2 complimentary drinks from the bar but not a great experience

War alles prima - einfach aber gut

Close to everything. Friendly staff. Only thing was that my suite said there was laundry inside but there wasn't. That was OK though. I'd recommend this place

Was a good location 2 mins walk from Aldgate East station, lots of fast food and a couple of supermarkets near by which for self catering was good. Kitchen was stocked with all you need to keep yourself fed for a few days. Room itself was OK, good condition, clean and functional, what you expect from a good hotel in London with a good sized room. I was in room 1105 and I was pleasantly surprised on the room size but bed was a little hard for me and the AC wasn't in cool mode which was a little warm in the room. Breakfast was nice, not the usual English hot breakfast but meats, boiled eggs, salmon, avocado, fruit, croissants, cereals, baked beans and has browns so somewhere between continental and English... everything you need to please all. Very clean and well looked after and a great view and good coffee to start the day

We stayed in the penthouse for a two night stay. As the weather was very hot air-conditioning was needed after having the air-conditioning on there was a puddle of water on the floor in the kitchen right by the front door to the apartment unfortunately there is no Phone in your room and being on the 20th floor you have to contact via an AI assistance QR code. I logged the report and the AI suggested the maintenance team would be with us I put towels on the floor after an hour. I called again the AI team and they again said the maintenance team would be with us by then got a saucepan and put it under the leak as it was getting worse after staying in our apartment waiting for maintenance nearly 3 hours later the maintenance man came and looked at the air-conditioning unit to advise us it needed substantial work he apologised and said we should be compensated as it was a health and safety risk with towels and saucepans on the floor also as the front door was where the leak was you will be walking straight into the leak when you walk in the door. Since checking out the front of House Team did not ask how ask how asked they had been so I made sure I explained the situation and they disregarded it with no apology. I have since sent three emails over the course of a week and only had one response back which advised they were looking into it, and that was the day after I sent the first email the customer service is unfortunately minimal.

Nice hotel, stayed when it first opened and think it is also reasonably priced for London!
