친절하고 좋으나 조명이 너무 어둡고 사진과 다른 디자인의 룸입니다. 벌레 두마리정도 나왔습니다.

El hotel es antiguo, pero no se ve descuidado; al contrario, su lobby y fachada tienen un aire elegante que le da carácter. Al entrar a la habitación se percibe satisfacción: estaba limpia, cómoda y las camas muy bien hechas. La ubicación es excelente, un gran plus para moverse por la ciudad. El precio que obtuve a través de Expedia fue muy bueno en relación con lo que ofrece. Algunos detalles que deberían mejorar: • El agua de la regadera se filtra hacia la parte trasera del WC. No afecta directamente el área de la ducha, pero es algo que no debería ocurrir. • El seguro de la puerta no funciona y la cadena de seguridad está algo desprendida, lo que resta tranquilidad aunque el hotel en general se percibe seguro. El personal fue muy amable y cordial. En especial destaco al bellboy por su excelente atención, además de la buena disposición del personal de recepción y restaurante. El desayuno continental, aunque sencillo, fue satisfactorio: el sándwich de pan integral estaba muy rico y la fruta fresca y de buena calidad. En resumen: • ✅ Hotel con encanto antiguo y elegante • ✅ Habitación limpia y camas cómodas • ✅ Ubicación inmejorable y buen precio en Expedia • ✅ Personal muy amable (especial mención al bellboy) • ❌ Detalles de mantenimiento en baño y puerta que deberían mejorar

Amazing experience !

No entendimos opción tener desayuno incluido y resulta que quedamos con 1 sándwich mientras dejas tenían bufet al cual no nos dieron permiso. Nos pareció engaño ofrecer desayuno con habitación. A lo mejor no deberían ofrecerlo. Además todo estacionamiento al llegar estaba lleno y tuvimos que dejar vehículo en la calle. No respetaron opción de estacionamiento que iba con mi reservación. Edificio agradable pero falta calidad de servicios.

En general el hotel muy limpio y decorado (fui en Navidad ) el personal muy amable y la recepción abierta 24/7 !

El desayuno estaba equis, algunos con lechuga y otros así como de rápido, pero la atención siempre estuvo excelente, el personal muy amable

La habitacion esta bien, batallamos con el A/C

Location is the best attribute of this hotel. After that and the decent included breakfast (not Mexican), there’s a lot to be improved. The condition of the rooms is a pity. For such a good location, they could invest in updating and maintaining this property’s rooms. Apart from old and mostly non functioning, electric system is a hazard. No hand towel and never got it even after asking for it. No more pillows available either. A/C is as old as the hotel and never warmed up (apart from making a loud noise). Price was interesting for the area, but comes with a price. The 3 stars they get are because of its location. This hotel somewhere else would get 1.

Todo muy bien

This is an old-fashioned hotel with no modern amenities such as USB ports, a refrigerator, or a strong Wi-Fi signal. It looks reasonably convenient overall, but it can get noisy if your room is close to the street. The bathroom has a tub that is difficult to access and inconvenient for anyone with limited mobility. Only two bath towels were provided, and they were hard, old, and rough. Even though I asked the reception to change them, I kept receiving towels of the same quality. No hand towels or a bathmat were included. The continental breakfast consists of a small cup of coffee, a sandwich, and four pieces of fruit. I tried it once, but it’s better to get breakfast elsewhere. I visit Mexico City frequently and have never experienced limits on towels or on continental breakfast portions that are counted.

La habitación estaba extremadamente sucia, con ventanas rotas, una fuga en el lavabo y cortinas viejas que no cerraban bien. El personal de recepción parecía malhumorado, salvo el señor que nos ayudó con el equipaje. El ascensor parecía a punto de derrumbarse. En la página web, el hotel parecía mucho más nuevo, pero no lo es, y por el precio que tiene, deberían mejorar las condiciones, ya que parece un hostal o motel. No debería considerarse un hotel. The room was extremely dirty, there were broken windows, a leak in the sink, and the curtains didn't close properly because they were so old. The reception staff seemed grumpy, except for the gentleman who helped with the luggage. The elevator looked like it was about to fall apart from age. On the website, the whole hotel looked newer, but it isn't, and for the price, they should improve the conditions because it feels like a hostel or motel. It shouldn't be classified as a hotel.

Very clean ,nice place to stay, friendly staff.Everything is very close to go on bus to zocalo,catedral,angel de la independencia, places to go eat.

Ya se ve deteriorado

El area comun del quinto piso tenia cubierto con sabanas la alfombra, asi fue durante los 4 dias de estancia, pense era por remodelación o algo parecido, nunca vi nadie trabajando, daba mal aspecto

El lugar está en un excelente punto en Reforma todo está allí para moverte a cualquier lugar y cerca de muchas cosas turísticas

Te cobran el estacinamiento por dia y esta el valet parking, todos son muy amables, facil llegada y excelente ubicación.

Terrible. No habia agua caliente para bañarse Elevador fallando.

Las habitaciones se ven un poco antiguas, lamparas descompuestas y muy frágiles.

Im main Hotel areas beautiful well keep old classic hotel and restaurant, the room was a bit worn needing renos but clean, pillows and bed quit hard.
