For 90 minutes we will practice together virtually in Intuitive Inside - Outside Healing Practice. These activities are things we can do around this challenging time. I will guide online from Bali. This activity aims to maintain our fitness and well-being by balancing our insides and externals and to regain mental strength and inner health in each individual.
It is a combination of a journey of internal meditation and external practice through asanas movements (yoga postures).
This experience starts from within with meditation. Meditation will include:
- Breathing Exercises
- Observation of inner, emotional and mental by drawing our focus and attention inward
- Now, in my personal experience, I also use meditation as a method of cleansing and healing
Then during the external work (physical) asana, the posture will be dominated by gentle but steady, firm movements still connected with breathing and focus. It's about nurturing ourselves with care and love rather than just emphasizing the level of flexibility.
This experience is definitely something that almost everyone can do on a daily basis. I look forward to seeing you join my intuitive self-healing practice.
