Checking in the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and larger than expected. The room was in good condition and had a microwave and fridge. The hotel was within walking distance of the esplanade, Central train station, shopping and the marinas. The breakfast was a buffet on the weekend and it was as good as I’ve had in a while. The weekday breakfast was a small cafe , Goose Cafe, 30 m to the north. You get a $20 credit for breakfast. No complaints here. I had bf and a large flat white for <$5. The pool and spa looked inviting but I didn’t use them. Overall I enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. Tip: ask for a room on the poolside - away from the street and you’ll see sunrise.

Due to delayed flights we were very late to arrive. Instructions for arrival and ease of access to apartment was excellent and just what we needed. Very much a no hassle stay.

Parking was nice and secure. Great location, lovely staff. However, we paid for a buffet breakfast every morning, which is the reason we booked this property, only to be given a gift voucher of $20 each pp per day for a cafe up the road, which did not cover the cost of a meal and a coffee, so we had to always pay extra. If we knew this prior, we would not have stayed at this hotel. We also went downstairs for happy hr and had to pay full price.

Clean property with large room. Would recommend not booking the mountain view room as it looks over a busy road. About a 20 min walk to the Esplande were all of the restaurants were located.

The staff were very helpful both at the front desk and breakfast area. Rooms and facility were clean. TV and some electrical outlets did not work. Room is not made up unless you spend 7 nights. Had to ask for more towels and shampoo. Breakfast quality wasn’t great. Only offer instant coffee with breakfast/ otherwise need to pay for “real” coffee if any kind. Hotel is not in a central location.

Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Frühstück gibt es 100 m weiter weg vom Hotel. Aber auch da funktioniert alles bestens. Es gibt einen Gutschein vom Hotel im Wert von 20 Aus. Darüber hinaus zahlt man drauf. Und hat es gereicht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
