The 5 of us had a great two night stay for the AFL Grand Final. The hotel is in a really great location, was clean and had comfy beds.

Good location and facilities. We opt for daily breakfast which comprised croissants, cereals, juice, yogurt and fruits delivered to our room daily. The breakfast provided was simple but good. There is a nespresso machine in the room which allow us to make coffee anytime.

It was close to all the CBD spots to visit, easily walkable or with public transport easily accessible. Woolworth's and Aldi's were in the neighborhood. Flinders Street Station was close enough.
Accommodation was quite comfortable. Utensils and dishware provided were very convenient to use along with the fridge, microwave and toaster.
The only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke in the mornings outside our room, not sure where it wafted up from, but was quite strong. No other complaints and would love to stay if I come back to visit again.

Average customer service, we (and others) were left waiting to check in while the attendant fiddled around with the computer. Staff weren’t overly personable or communicative.

Room was absolutely filthy, had not been cleaned. Dirty sheets, dirty walls and a smoke detector pulled out from the ceiling which is illegal.
There is no manager onsite and check in took 45 mins with two young children. Will never stay here again. Lucky to be one star.

Parking was great once you know but a bit of a mission, room and whole level was smelly from old cooking I guess. Reception staff struggle with thier system and other guests had a money taken off there credit cards by the hotel

The room was fine, apart from the fact that the king bed had not been split to singles as advertised. First night was on Expedia for incorrect information and it was too late for hotel to do anything but I requested the split for second night, both at checkin and in the morning and it still wasn’t done so a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was a little rundown but ok. Location was great for public transport

The room was dlssappointing. A leaking toilet, the inside of the fridge covered in thick ice, thus the door would not shut, a queen bed that sunk in the middle & a doona with srains on it. We mentioned the fridge but there solution was to leave the door open & we then had water all over the tiled section & sopping wet towels.

Wasn’t told that check in hours had changed due to Melbourne cup.
The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the shower wasn’t working without me having to hold in a button for the water to come out and the water wasn’t very warm at all. This wasn’t ideal when I had to have surgery then next day and needed to have a good shower.

The location was ideal for my needs. It was nice to receive an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. The hotel needs to work on its amenities, especially its food offerings (there isn't any on-site). The check-in process needs to be improved, or they should have more staff servicing the front desk when a queue forms. The longer I wait, the worse my first impressions becomes.
