Staff were nice, room had everything that I need. They allowed me for late check out as well

I rarely write a review. Here I will share what I experienced, and let you to judge. When I checked in, I wrote the breakfast time on a receipt, the male staff said that he need keep the receipt, even not passing me a piece of paper. No any brief after passing me the room card. When I checked out, a female staff said they will refund me the deposit in 24 hours, I disagree and want to speak her manager, then she refund it after about 10 minutes. During the first night, I was awoke up at about 12:30am by aloud sound (the next day I realized that it was caused by TV). It lasted about 1 hour after I called reception desk - the person said he will check and call me back - I told him: solve it, no call back at 12:30am. During the third night about 9:30pm, I heard someone was shouting in Mandarin. I even lose the interest to call reception desk to fix the issue. It lasted about 50 minutes. I watch/read finance news almost everyday - its my hobby, also related to my work. But this hotel's TV is connected to an external surround engine: when you tune volume to normal level, you can not hear (the sound is not clear, so you can not get what CNBC host said); I did not adjust volume so high, because I'm concerning my neighbor's feeling. There are some other incidents too, but I don't have time to write down all, because I'm at airport now. Don't recommend this hotel.

Exactly what i expected. Very clean, spacious. Excellent staff and fantastic location within 5 mns between 3 metro lines. 2 coffee shops lavazza and starbucks within 1 mn of the hotel. Every night i come to My apatement, it is clean and smells fantastic. I am very happy to have chosen Ascott icc of guangzhou. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a reliable clean and well located place to stay.

已多次入住此飯店，這次的房間非常糟糕，房間都是小蟲子在飛，杯盤浴室客廳房間無所不在，洗手台跟浴缸很多小蟲子的屍體，已告知服務人員，依舊沒有改善，不知道小蟲子從何而來，淋浴間偏噁心，都是發霉跟水垢，打掃真的有待加強，非常失望，以後不會再入住了！ 1822房雖然很大，但環境非常不好

Smidig check in och rent rum! Otroligt nära till tunnelbana och shopping! Finns bra restauranger i närheter och lätt för taxi att hämta upp! Kommer absolut boka med Ascott igen!

整体很好但是厨房里的㕑具太少啦！有厨房也没有用。

Tout est très bien, juste qu’il n’y a pas de room service ni de restauration. Et c’est compliqué d’acheter en ligne en tant qu’étranger. De plus, il n’est pas possible d’aller au sauna en couple et ce n’était pas précisé quand je leur ai demandé la réservation.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant design and great attention to detail. The room was extremely comfortable and very well equipped — everything I needed was there. I definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

今回、朝食は食べなかったので評価してません。 全体的に良かったのですが… 駄目だった点は ①コンドミニアムタイプの部屋なのに、コンロ上の換気扇が動かなかった。 使用する必要が無かったので問題ないですが。 ②CheckOut後、24時間経過してもDepositの返金が無かったの為、中国語が出来ない私に変わり別の者に確認してもらったら、直ぐに返金されたが…。 確認がなかったら返金されない可能性があると思うと、いい気分にはなれません。

Located at residential area, surrounding area is quite and peaceful, food delivery can only place food order on main entrance with hotel staff monitoring. Only can access to the floor you stayed by key card. Amenities equipments are super great including washing machines , microwave ovens, normal size as family used fridge freezer . Bath tub

It was a good apartment, had excellentsound proof, high-tech toilet seat, within a few minutes walk to the metro.

Enjoyed our 5-day stay at Ascott ICC. One of the two rooms had a slight musky smell when we first entered but that pretty much went away once the AC was running. Rooms were well lit, and placement of things make sense. The Apelles products provided were of good quality, especially the B5 hand cream and skin lotion. Special thanks to the front desk manager (sorry, I forgot your name) and technician, Mr Deng, for their kind assistance on the night my family members fell sick. My sister was down with a stomach virus and Mr Deng helped to unclog the sink. He fixed what he could quickly and suggested tying up the loose ends the next day as he was mindful that my sister needed rest. On top of that, he politely declined a tip too. Thanks to the manager, our trip to the hospital in the middle of the night was made less stressful. A little infomercial - Ascott ICC does not have an in-house restaurant or cafe but there is Cafe Lavazza within the connected mall, which serves good coffee. Do try their lattes with buffalo milk!
