The housekeeping staff was efficient, helpful and smart. Front desk staff with cheerful smiles and they were willing to help as well. However, the air-con in the room was terrible, the mode can be adjusted, but no change at all.

The walls are like paper thin so one could hear conversations along the corridors. There was also some construction which for some reason they had to start at 10 am every morning. The pillows were also too soft for proper neck support. That said, the only redeeming feature was the view. But no amount of view can make up for proper rest.

This is our second visit to the hotel. The hotel boasts a spacious lobby with exquisite decor. Check-in was smooth, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff, who also accommodated our request for a connecting room. The rooms are well-designed, with modern amenities, comfortable beds, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views to the new development areas at Nanshan! The breakfast buffet had a delicious variety, and the excellent facilities, including a gym and pool, made it easy to stay active. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying thoughtful arrangements made it unforgettable. I’d gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

I appreciate the effort the Guest Service Manager made to upgrade my room and invite me to the executive lounge during this stay. However, there are areas for improvement. A colleague’s upgraded room had a strong smoke odor, forcing him to switch rooms. Unfortunately, the new room lacked basic toiletries, an oversight that shouldn’t happen. Housekeeping during my stay also fell short; my room’s trash wasn’t emptied, and cleaning seemed less thorough than before. My colleague remarked on this after joining me for a meeting. The executive lounge, while appreciated, had a limited food selection and less experienced staff compared to other Renaissance locations, such as Bangkok. Additionally, breakfast quality and staff professionalism could improve. For instance, a staff member misunderstood an American guest’s request for “black coffee,” leading to unnecessary confusion. I value the Renaissance brand and the convenient location of your hotel in Shenzhen. As a frequent guest, I hope these areas will be addressed before my next visit.

職員佈置很用心，很大，空間感很好，浴室景色優美，如果單向玻璃會更好，浴缸可以雙人浸浴，設備方便，電話致電服務員很快很好處理需求，二張雙人床偏細，沒有咖啡機，梳化既攬枕有一點污跡，不過沒有用所以無關係，泳池很好親子一流，健身房都很好用，還有打拳用品值得推薦很讚！
