Check-in was slow and one staff member told us to sit down while he checks on the room. He never got back to us and started addressing other guests. After sitting for nearly 20 mins the manager walked by and noticed we still waiting and then got us room keys immediately. Room a little small for 2+

Our stay was lovely, the gentleman who checked us in was polite, friendly and very helpful. Our room was everything we expected and more, lots of space, very clean and was very comfortable. If we are in the area again we will be sure to stay here.

El servicio no era muy agradable, más bien un poco estúpidos y arrogantes y ninguno hablaba español ni tampoco intentaban entenderte, nos defraudo bastante el trato :(

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Took quite a while to understand how to operate the shower. Excellent staff. Quite a bit of noise coming in from the street. Easy to access the tube from hotel (which is the only way to get around London).

Great location for the West End. Small but well equipped room. Excellent breakfast. The shower was a little erratic and the floor ended up soaking as the jets were spraying everywhere.

Second time staying here. Nice area. Great for souvenir shopping. Very close to the theater district and lots of wonderful food choices nearby. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet.

ヒースロー空港からピカデリーライン１本で最寄り駅Horbornにつきました。大英博物館も近く立地は最高です。エアコンが付いているホテルということでこちらを選びました。とても快適に過ごせました。また、朝食付きのプランにしたのですが、メニューが豊富でとても楽しくおいしい朝食になりました。特に対面で作ってもらったオムレツが最高！またロンドンに来ることがあれば泊まりたいと思います。ただ一点、エアコンのフィルターのホコリが溜まっていたので、お掃除をお願いします。
