Everything was excellent except for the bed it had a massive dip in the mattress I even took pictures of it,

Lovely hotel. As soon as you walk through the revolving lobby doors it just hits you like wow, amazing.

The hotel appears to need a lot of tlc. bathroom door could not be closed due to the panel coming off and forcing the hinges to strain, dripping toilet system, taps difficult to use. matress was just a collection of springs. having stated that it was generally quiet and clean.

Easy parking and location. My room wasn't totally clean but the staff were quick to help and put me in a clean room. Breakfast pretty standard, overall decent stay nothing special but also nothing wrong at all. Wifi only appears to work in the restaurant not in rooms.

Rooms dirty cold no water beds very uncomfortable

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, clean and guests are well provided for. A little tired in places but appearances suggest the owners try to keep up with repairs and decoration. Would stay again.

Parking was bad. No lighting and not enough spaces. Big potholes. Felt unsafe due to lack of lighting. Room was terrible, the decor was dated, paint marks all over, wallpaper upside down in parts. Shower was a slight trickle which is useless. Only 1 tap working in basin. Other one comes off in your hand. Really noisy and complained and nothing happened. Smoking and vaping smells all through the night. Chewing gum stick behind head board. No sockets near the bed, they are all blanked off. Juliet balcony door unlocked and not lockable - dangerous if you have children. Door knob on main door hanging off and reported but nothing happened. So had to sleep with chain on. Front of hotel covered in cigarette ends. The reception is definitely not a representation of the hotel rooms. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I would stay clear of this hotel at all costs.

Noisy first night who puts a function room on first floor with rooms crazy. Shower was not working reported to reception at 8am no one came so reported again at 10 am and ask for room to be serviced and have a bin as no bin in room. Get back at 9.30 pm room had not been touched in any way still no bin and no working show and no service. First morning we get told no eggs for breakfast only frozen scrambled egg ???? Its eggs ffs. First morning greeted with police in reception area, receptionist crying felt very uneasy. This hotel is a sh?t show A park bench would be better and probably safer

I arrived at 14:00 room wasn't ready, in reception was cold i had to wait. Room not clean, horrible smell of chlorine. Shower not working properly.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Only downside was toilet didn't flush so had to use a bin of water each time to 'flush' the toilet, which was awful.

The staff and the room were brilliant. We stay here a lot. Highly recommended.

clean and tidy staff helpful Only negative we just received a parking fine from Parking Eye while we were in residence which we won’t be paying Ruining what was otherwise an enjoyable stay !!

The breakfast was a bit average. Cheap sausage. Hash browns were a bit damp. The toaster burnt the toast one side and was uncooked other side. Cold coffee, no water and the juice was like cordial.

Not the Ritz, but good value, and very friendly and helpful staff. Could have done with a small bedside table and a lamp on my side of the bed. Very clean. Did the job.

Parking very easy and lots of spaces. Breakfast was ok for the price, plenty of choice and quality was good, but long waits for the food to be refreshed. No water pressure in shower, terrible, I complained, but was told that all rooms are the same. Room was clean and tidy and good for sleeping.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely and a great selection. Stay friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend

Arrived 15 mins before our check in time to be told we couldn't check in until 2 which was acceptable but the room was not ready at 2 and still not ready at 3.We was told it was fully booked the night before and they only had 3 cleaners to do the rooms(poor excuse)The reception area had many people experiencing the same thing.The bloke that was on reception was also the person that was managing the bar as we waited for our room.He clearly can't be in 2 places at the same time so many were getting frustrated at it being undermanned. When we finally got to our room the code wouldn't work so i had to go and rectify this.There was a stain where a toothbrush had been and dirt around the tap which was easy to remove.There was no toilet roll holder only a bracket where it was.Breakfast wasn't very warm but it was ok. This hotel looks very nice which is a shame but it is definitely needs more staff and extra care in certain places.

Very clean room, staff was excellent, I was welcomed with a smile. I love the space of the room.

The barhrooms are scruffy the hotel is full of people waiting for social housing . Our room was next to someone who had the tv on all night on full volume snd the full top floor had no heating which they know about yet still booked us in to the top floor with a 7 yr old child . I asked to be moved which we were eventuality at 2 pm the next day . Absolute joke from start to finish the place is poorly run . No managers in on a weekend . Spoilt the full weekend and i would like reimbursed
