Majestic Hotel Eastbourne by Belvilla

Good value.

Would not stay here again, room was filthy got moved to a new room and was just as bad. Staff was rude.

The front desk was trying to charge an extra £20 to give keys out. Harrassing by phone and demanding bank details. Already chec

Nice clean room helpful staff and a stunning view

Basic rooms providing all you need from a hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, tea/coffee available and the wifi was good. The furniture and decor is a bit dated but as long as it's clean who cares? Nice welcoming staff on reception too, thank you.

I was there for the night for work, ot was cheap and comfy

Cannot fault the staff they were very helpful and friendly -a couple of our group had mobility scooters but unfortunately no ramp to accommodate wheelchairs or scooters but they did very kindly lift up and down the stairs every day for us - the rooms were ok but in need of refurbishment and updating - could do with wi fi in the rooms and the menu could do with a little updating

Hotelli sijaitsee rantakadun varrella, vain kadun yli, ja pääsee uimaan. Katu kylläkin on vilkasliikenteinen, mutta se ei kuulunut sisälle asti. Myös paikallinen nähtävyys, Eastbournen Pier laituri on lähellä. Näkymä hotellihuoneesta merelle oli myös huimaava. Hotellirakennus itsessään on vanha, sitä on kunnostettu, mutta se ei haitannut. Rakennuksessa on myös hissit. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, sekä päivällisen että aamiaisen nauttimismahdollisuus.

Room

My room was not a classic room when I compared it to photos on your website. I did not have lovely cushions or a fan to keep me cool. The room was stuffy and I could not breathe. The curtains were drawn but when I opened them the windows and balcony were filthy. On closer inspection I could see the bottom window had a wedge of toilet roll at the bottom to keep it closed. As soon as I opened the window it would not close unless I put the wedge of toilet roll back to stop the window opening again, the lock on the window above did not stay in place so I was left very vulnerable as the communal balcony could have meant anyone from another room could have entered my room and attacked me. The center window had 2 nasty cracks in it. I left the hotel without staying the night, having been promised by the Manager Expedia had not paid them and I would get my money back, this was not the case and I spent 48 hours messaging Hotels.com speaking to a different agent every time. Finally I gave in and accepted £25 credit.

Zimmer OK, Frühstück nur Englisch Breakfast, kein Käse und Wurst, kein Dessert, Lage war top, Personal sehr freundlich 👍

Room was nice size and in good repair. Big TV, plenty of coffee and a shower that was easy to use. Nice hotel.

I was here for the weekend and have to say great hotel. The hotel was bright and welcoming the staff were friendly happy to help. I had a single room with a seaview which both was lovely. The room was clean and a good size room. I will be going there again for my next stay. Great job majestic 👏
