The hotel was excellent.
The room was lovely and cozy and the restaurant food was very tasty.
It's one of those hotels that have thought of everything.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is beyond. The service is top notch from reception, valet, concierge. I highly recommend it. First time I stay at a hotel where they had to take you from the lobby to your room but the experience was amazing. Santa Park is within walking distance and Santa Claus Village is only a 7 minute drive. The drive into Rovaniemi was also only about 10 minutes. The hotel is a bit on the pricey side but do not hesitate to stay there, it’s a once in a lifetime experience.

I had a wonderful experience with the hotel’s front desk staff and the shuttle drivers. However, I encountered what felt like differential treatment from a male staff member during breakfast.
This was, unfortunately, my first and only experience of such treatment during my entire trip to Finland.
I cannot be certain if this was a genuine misunderstanding or if there were other reasons behind it. That said, I did encounter other excellent staff members in the restaurant. I would especially like to thank the Caucasian female server with glasses—thank you for your kindness.

Super tolle Anlage, freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, leider waren wir mit dem Angebot und den bestellten Speisen nicht wirklich zufrieden. Suppe lauwarm, heisse Getränke kalt. Das Angebot und die Qualität sind ausbaufähig.

The resort is nice. Great sledding areas and close to Santa Park. You cannot control your room temperature and you must message the front desk for any changes. Welcome drink and conceriege was lovely.

Plus points for the room which, though so small we had nowhere to open our suitcases and unpack was well appointed and comfortable. The shower on the other hand was so small that you bumped into everything on the way in and out. I am tall but not enormous, so bear that in mind when booking. The spa was not open when we stayed. Breakfast was good. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. My only bug bear was dinner in the restaurant - the soup was cold so I had to send it back and it was barely warm when it was returned. The risotto was ok but oversalted. Why are hotel dining experiences always mediocre? No kids allowed, easy access to Rovaneime, don't bother with Santa Claus village, its tacky beyond belief. The Northern Lights were simply incredible but wrap up warm, there is a lot of wating around for the stars to align - oh and remember to work out how to use your smart phone camera with a long exposure, its worth it.

Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gestaltet, alles war ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage – ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend: eine große Auswahl, frisch zubereitet und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

İt is really best hotel ın rovanıemı, it is a Kınd of private nest ınsıde of the göresi, there is security always around. U would also have a chance to see nortern lıghts ın your room There ıs excellent breakfast also.
