AC Hotel Firenze by Marriott

Not much to do around, the hotel should have a more inviting lobby, maybe happy hour. The lobby felt very empty.

Hotel fica um pouco longe do centro, mas tem um excelente custo benefício, muito silencioso e o atendimento muito bom.

Çalışanlar, temizlik , kahvaltı çok iyi idi. Fakat şehir merkezinden biraz uzaktı , gideceğimiz yerlere taksi çağırdık buda oldukça pahalıydı. Bir daha gitsem kalır mıyım, uzak olmasından dolayı çok sanmıyorum.

On a aimé particulirement la propreté excellente , les commodites tres satisfaisantes , le personnel aceuillant et disponible et aussi les bouteilles d'eau chaque jour etait un plus apprecié. A ameliorer : Le petit dejeuner ⁹ car pas assez de choix dans les viennoiseries , fruits non variés ( les poires etaient toujours trop mures ...), une seule salade verte...

Hotel is nice, amenities are reasonable. Not the best location but reasonable for a transit hotel.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some observations and suggestions that could improve the overall guest experience. Safety Around the Building: I noticed some individuals loitering near the building entrance, which felt a bit uncomfortable. There were security staff inside, but it might be more effective to have them patrol outside periodically, especially near entrances and exits. Parkade Conditions: While I understand the parking facility may not be directly owned by the hotel, many guests use it. The lighting is quite dim, and the elevators were not working during my stay. It would go a long way in making guests feel more valued and safe if hotel security could occasionally patrol the area or if the hotel could collaborate with the parkade operator to improve conditions. Executive Lounge Experience: The executive lounge was underwhelming. It felt more like a cafeteria with limited food and beverage options and basic seating. A more premium experience in line with the "executive" label would be appreciated—perhaps better seating, a more refined layout, and an expanded selection. I hope you’ll consider these suggestions as opportunities to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.

It was not too bad. Close proximity to everything with transportation but a distance with walking.

AC was decent. Breakfast was ok. Ubers and taxis kill

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto muito espaçoso, cama super confortável, chuveiro muito bom. O café da manhã é bem completo, o hotel está bem conservado, fica um pouco afastado do centro mas é perfeito para quem estiver com carro pois fica fora da zona ZTL. Recomendo.

El hotel muy nuevo y el servicio excelente.

La struttura è bella ed il personale gentile e preparatissimo .di sera al di fuori del hotel ci sono persone poco raccomandabili.

Overall, it was a great stay. The lobby was modern, spacious and nicely designed. The staff spoke English well. They were very polite and professional. The bed was stiff and comfortable. The room had very nice lighting. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, not a desirable view outside, but wonderful on the inside. However, there is a laundromat just a few minutes walk away. Bring a credit card and your own detergent. There was one brief adverse event I witnessed in the lobby with some guests who refused to pay their bill and ran out on the staff. But I would think that’s the kind of thing that wouldn’t happen very often. I checked in very late, yet their guest representative was able to let and check us in quite quickly. Overall, if you’re looking for a new, clean, brand hotel with plenty of hot water and space, you’ll like it. It’s a Marriott.

Hotel muito bonito, limpo e renovado com decoração de aspecto moderno, mas acolhedor e agradável aos olhos. Os funcionarios são muito gentis. O café da manhã é magnifíco. Foi uma estadia bem agradável.

Location is out of the core which made it quiet, and we felt safe walking around. But taxis added to the overall cost of our stay - anywhere from €15 to €20 each way. Front desk staff were SO AWESOME! Upon arrival, Andrea took time to recommend wonderful places in town to visit, and another fella (we didn’t get his name) always greeted us warmly saying our room number. Our room attendant was super friendly and accommodating with extra towels, etc. Room was really clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great! Shampoo was awful - like stinky baby shampoo.

Check in process was very smooth and ample parking in the basement

출장이라 침대 2개짜리방 예역했는데 가니까 킹베드더러구요. 바꿔달라하니 더 쌍 작은 방으로 바꾸라도 함… 황당했습니다. 다행히 침대 분리가 되서 (처음엔 안 된다 함) 한 시간 정도 기다려서 베드 시트 갈고 침대 분리해서 자긴 함 친절도은 낮으나 호텔은 깨끅하긴 합니다.
