Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, no es un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Yo contraté 4 habitaciones en un hotel como siempre y se me realojó en un edificio de viviendas alejado del hotel y sin servicios correspondientes. No nos indicaron que el desayuno estaba incluido ni que teníamos que desplazarnos hasta el hotel para disfrutar de él, en la reserva de hoteles.com tampoco me indicaba que tenía el desayuno incluido. No es aceptable que en mi categoría de cliente gold, no sé me informara de todo esto. Siempre hago unas reservas importantes ya que somos un grupo de 8 personas, es inasumible el trato con hoteles.com.

Hotel elegante, camera molto bella e spaziosa, con ogni confort, pulita e curata, straordinario il balcone con tavolo e sedie dove godersi il tempo mite anche a dicembre. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ricchissima, tutto delizioso. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutti i principali luoghi di interesse. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza nella magica Palermo!

Ho prenotato 3 camere matrimoniali.1788 euro piu tassa soggiorno.Alla reception mi dicono che ho prenotato la dependance(??).Ci portano a circa 200 metri dall Hotel ed entriamo in un palazzo anni 70 di soli ffici:Conesercenti,assicurazioni e altri.Al 5 piano ingresso di un appartamento normale con 4 stanze adibite autonomamente a camere.La prima cosa che mi balza agli occhi é il materasso che sembra di quelli sotto uoto senza alcun sostegno come quelli delle brandine pieghevoli.Mobilio modello Mondo Convenienza Spartano.Sedia della scrivania da giardino Asciugamani consumati.Mancanza di ciabatte e detergenti.La doccia che é praticamente otturata dal calcare con pochissima pressione.Doccino completamente intasato!Serramenti che non chiudono.La stanza prospicente il commissariato di Polizia su strada super trafficata da moto che sfrecciavano tutta la notte.Le continue sirene delle volanti che partivano per gli interventi notturni!Alle 3,30 del Mattino eravamo ancora con gli occhi aperti a guardare il soffitto.Alla reception ho lamentato il fatto che con circa 2.000 euro ci trovavamo in una situazione a dir poco allarmante e grottesca!.Mi è stato risposto che mi dovevo rivolgere all 'Agenzia con cui avevo fatto la prenotazione.E cioè Hotels.com!!(???)Non potevano cambiarci la camere perché eran full booking.Ho richiesto che almeno ci cambiassero i "materassi",mi hanno risposto che non ne avevano e che nessuno si era mai lamentato.Neanche a livello di un B&B.Vergogna!

Hotel bem localizado, quarto impecavel. Recomendo!!

It’s close to the port . The breakfast is very good. I will book it again if I have a chance come to Palermo next time.

Two problems. Premier Room in the Annexe. First key didn't work; twice back to reception 100 m away so had to go back and forth. Room spacious, BUT, a dreadful hum like a pump quietly, getting louder, cutting in and out every 2 mins, so impossible to sleep with this constant reverberation going round the room. A motor is either next door behind the wall or above in the cavity. Unacceptable to rent out to customers. Hotel should have been aware of this big problem. Had no idea. I spoke with the receptionist at the desk who was reluctant to get the manager. Why should one be charged for this lack of premier treatment? So be wary about staying in the Mercure Premier Rooms. A dissatisfied customer.

Good location. great staff. convinient.

The air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was large and bright, very clean and attractively appointed. The street in front of the hotel was always extremely dirty with trash and the walking surfaces are in extremely bad condition. The hotel staff is excellent and attentive, the breakfast service was generous and of a high quality. Everyone was very gracious. I would say the only down side was perhaps the large tour groups that congested the lobby.

The property is dated

Fell in love with Palermo and this hotel was part of the reason. Allowed me to leave bags as we were early for check in. Walking distance to museums, markets restaurants.
