Casa Maca

VACATIONERS ALERT When you see the pictures of this hotel it looks really nice. SO VERY WRONG We booked a junior suite, they put us on the 3rd floor #2306 We had to stay in this room for 3 nights listening to the banging noise of the water tank every 5 minutes no sleep. Water flies was coming out the drain when we turn on the water, plus the water dains very slowly. You can not regulate the shower it gose from hot to freezing cold on its own. When you look out the window you feel like you're in the ghetto. Expedia tried to reach out to them several times when they finally got through, they told expedia that they upgraded our room at no extra cost. They did not upgrade they gave us another junior room with a coach suite # 2203. Now that room #2203 when you look out the window again you feel like you're in the ghetto. Bathroom light fixture did not work even though they brought someone in to fix it, it still was not working. Foul smell came from the sink that we had to keep closing the door and left all the windows open. So that smell would go away. We even borrowed one of their air fresheners at times to make the room smell nice. I could keep going on about this hotel Casa Maca,how bad it was. The only good thing I can say is that Jose and Alondra helped us wherever they can. I'm grateful for their help. So please when you see Casa Maca hotel, keep scrolling. P.S look at my pictures.

The shower leakes into the floor of the bathroom, the latches for shower are rusted,.

New remodel room, very clean and helpful staff. Please don’t let the front discourage you. Its hallway goes through a strip mall type building. We usually only stay Marriott’s and resorts but this was extremely nice with a balcony too

Located just near playa del Carmen Beach and all amenities in walkable location.

It’s a lovely hotel walking distance to the beach with a amall pool, outdoor seating etc. staff were very friendly and helpful

Excelente hotel para hospedarse. Muy limpio y tranquilo, cerca de 5a. Avenida , playa, tiendas, restaurantes. Sólo estuvimos una noche pero sin duda volveremos .

Sucio y nadie atiende

위치 좋고 시설 깨끗하고 에어컨 잘 작동되며 온수도 잘 나옵니다. 다만 냉장고가 없어서 아쉬웠어요

Place is brand new! Owner was very friendly. Location is very convenient. Easy walk to bus station, and the beach. Would definitely come back!
